This hotel is in a very good and convenient location near to the train station, almost inside. The staff are very attentive and very polite.

Just an ordinary hotel is nothing outstanding , even other 4 star hotels have a coffee machine and the curtains do need to be closed with your own hands. This hotel doesn't have these simple things. The bathroom has a light sensor when you enter. And when you go to the toilet at night, a bright light turns on in the whole room that hits your eyes and then you can't sleep, so two nights do not get enough sleep… When you take a shower, the light turns off itself, so you need to get out of the shower cabin to take a step the light will turn on then go back into the cabin. Stuck in the elevator instead of the 11th floor, its stood for some time then went to -2 floor..I will choose another hotel next time

I recommend this hotel for sure, many Positives from entrance till the rooms the staff are so helpful and all of them, The rooms are so wide and clean and very well designed from the door entrance of the room you feel the luxury especially ,Bathrooms also so wide and very well equipped, a simple point need to be edited : There is no comfortable place toput the luggage while arriving to the room the luggage holder is directly beyond the wardrobe hangers, other things the place is worth, Thank you

Lovely hotel, all be it a bit old. There was a lot happening everyday due to events being held in the hotel. Lift was difficult to catch at times and got stuck from overloading. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Daily fruit gifts were given. Within walking distance to the Railway station.

The hotel is a boon for people who catch the high-speed rail. It is very close to Wenzhou South Railway Station. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is not tired to drag the suitcase. The hotel service is also very comfortable. The front desk staff is very quick to check in and check out. The attitude is also warm. There are questions and answers, and I also took the initiative to remind some convenience messages around. The sanitary condition of the rooms is satisfactory, the sheets are clean and tidy, the air conditioning, hot water, WiFi signal is also relatively stable, there is no problem with video and office. The sound insulation of the room is good, I didn't hear much noise outside at night, and I slept very well. The breakfast is particularly rich, with porridge, buns, eggs, stir-fried coffee, etc. The taste is also OK, which can start a full day.

Booked this hotel for my family, and had a very pleasant trip to Wenzhou. The hotel lobby is very elegant and has a nice fragrance. The front desk clerk was very professional and introduced the surrounding environment to us. The room we were given was also upgraded, and the layout of the room was very reasonable. Considering that we have elderly people and children, we were arranged a room near the elevator for our convenience. The laundry room on the third floor is very convenient. It has washing machines and dryers, which solved the problem of not being able to wash clothes during the trip. This children's playground is very thoughtful. It is right next to the laundry room. While the family is waiting for the laundry to be done, the children can play in the playground, which is very reasonable. My parents have always said that the staying experience in this hotel is very good. I am also very happy to be able to book such a value-for-money hotel. Well, it's in the tallest building in Wenzhou. The room is decorated in a simple and modern style, which is nice. The service staff is very friendly. If there is a small problem in the hotel, they will help you in time. The only disadvantage is that there are still many places in the building under renovation, so there will be noise, and the glass exterior wall is not very clean, so the view is not very good. The bathroom is almost waterproof. Be careful not to slip. Well, if the room needs to be refilled with drinking water, there will be a charge. I haven't seen this in other hotels, and it's not as stingy as Evian or Voss.

Great stay , great customer service and I highly recommend this place as it’s where I stay on each work trip . Location is just easier to access production units and so . Front desk guy “ Yi Chen “ is always helpful

I have always had a high evaluation of Atour Hotel. The new decoration of the store is very distinctive. It is very suitable for 📷 to take pictures. It is quite a film. The executive room is more business-oriented. The room provides a desk and a meeting area. The dry and wet separation design is large. The room space is large. It feels very comfortable when you enter the door. The sound insulation effect is good. Simple and fashionable style, full of technology design, people shine.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The ambiance was very comfortable, and our high-floor room offered a fantastic night view. Complimentary yogurt and nuts were a nice touch. Upon check-out, we were even given a pair of sunglasses as a complimentary gift! Overall, it was a truly perfect experience.
