Hotels in Wenzhou South Railway Station Area, Wenzhou

My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!

I recommend this hotel for sure, many Positives from entrance till the rooms the staff are so helpful and all of them, The rooms are so wide and clean and very well designed from the door entrance of the room you feel the luxury especially ,Bathrooms also so wide and very well equipped, a simple point need to be edited : There is no comfortable place toput the luggage while arriving to the room the luggage holder is directly beyond the wardrobe hangers, other things the place is worth, Thank you

The room was incredibly spacious, and the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Free parking was a great bonus. Its location is unbeatable, being extremely close to Wenzhou South Railway Station. The hygiene was impeccable; everything felt thoroughly disinfected, and they even provided a hand sanitizer dispenser and a weighing scale. Breakfast was also available. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money – likely the best value hotel near Wenzhou South Railway Station.

Just an ordinary hotel is nothing outstanding , even other 4 star hotels have a coffee machine and the curtains do need to be closed with your own hands. This hotel doesn't have these simple things. The bathroom has a light sensor when you enter. And when you go to the toilet at night, a bright light turns on in the whole room that hits your eyes and then you can't sleep, so two nights do not get enough sleep… When you take a shower, the light turns off itself, so you need to get out of the shower cabin to take a step the light will turn on then go back into the cabin. Stuck in the elevator instead of the 11th floor, its stood for some time then went to -2 floor..I will choose another hotel next time

The hotel is in a good location, with underground parking and convenient dining at Yintai nearby. The hotel upgraded the room to a suite, which is very spacious and has a large bathtub. The lobby hygiene needs to be improved, perhaps due to the large number of customers during the Spring Festival.

Booked this hotel for my family, and had a very pleasant trip to Wenzhou. The hotel lobby is very elegant and has a nice fragrance. The front desk clerk was very professional and introduced the surrounding environment to us. The room we were given was also upgraded, and the layout of the room was very reasonable. Considering that we have elderly people and children, we were arranged a room near the elevator for our convenience. The laundry room on the third floor is very convenient. It has washing machines and dryers, which solved the problem of not being able to wash clothes during the trip. This children's playground is very thoughtful. It is right next to the laundry room. While the family is waiting for the laundry to be done, the children can play in the playground, which is very reasonable. My parents have always said that the staying experience in this hotel is very good. I am also very happy to be able to book such a value-for-money hotel. I hope the hotel business will prosper and get better and better. |

Very good hotel. The room is very good. Service is good, they have served the sweet for us at room before we arrived after go out for business. We will come to the hotel again next trip.

The location is on the side of Wuqiao, a bit biased, but takeaway and other things are also ordered, the service is still quite good, in the afternoon directly slept, the night night is also good, there is some dust in the room, there is some dust after opening the bath towel, resulting in sneezing for a while haha Ha, there is another point, if the TV can cast the screen is better, otherwise Tencent video monopoly after waking up in the morning, there has been an electric drill sound, a little noisy, estimated downstairs decoration and the like, I hope the next time will not decorate, left when sent a small gift, thank you.

The location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed. What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time. Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

The hotel stay was excellent, exceeding my expectations. It's conveniently located near the high-speed rail station, making transportation very easy. The hotel also boasts excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, it's a great choice.
