"A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!"

"My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!"

"The hotel located in the fresh market area, Walkable distance to Wuma street about 400 m. The room is perfect, so new and comfortable bed to made us wake up at 11AM , Everything in the room is smart use and smart toilet, nice shower, hood massage chair and excellent friendly staff service and impress us a lot. There is plenty of snacks , purple potato, ice cream and bottle water to take - free in the common room and the front. Plenty choice of breakfast"

"Unfortunately the sheets on my bed were dirty, also the staff did not speak english and they overcharge a deposit without any explanation, luckily Ctrip customer service helped me understand what was going on, otherwise the hotel is fine."

"I had an amazing experience at All-Weather Hotel (Wuma Street Shamaohe Branch). The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the front-desk lady even rushed out to welcome my friend and I from our car and assist with our luggage. They offered us some delicious tea and snacks upon arrival, and the scent of freshly baked sweet potatoes lingers around in the air. A lot of free snacks, a comfy and cozy room, and overall great location. I’ll definitely visit again!"

"I travelled at the start of the Spring Festival so I stayed in this hotel to have a peace of mind of not being late since it is so close to the airport and they also provide a shuttle service... But if you have many luggages be prepared to carry it on your own because the driver won't help you lol. It is also surprising that it's quiet despite it's vicinity within the airport."

The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort. On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience."

"I recommend this hotel for sure, many Positives from entrance till the rooms the staff are so helpful and all of them, The rooms are so wide and clean and very well designed from the door entrance of the room you feel the luxury especially ,Bathrooms also so wide and very well equipped, a simple point need to be edited : There is no comfortable place toput the luggage while arriving to the room the luggage holder is directly beyond the wardrobe hangers, other things the place is worth, Thank you"

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the added perk of free coffee and delicious food at the Lobby area,which made the experience even better. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Wuma shopping street, making it super convenient.
