The room is a bit old and not very clean, but the location is good. The European City is just opposite and there are restaurants of various flavors gathered there. It's very comfortable!

The front desk was like a complaining woman, always with a sour face. The communication was very poor. It took half an hour to issue an invoice. She was full of complaints. #negative #I was disappointed with the Service; The front desk service is really bad, which will cause a lot of guests to leave. I don't know if they are new. I asked the navigation several times and they said there were no rooms. I said there were rooms online but you said there were none. Then they said they hadn't been checked out. I said it was past three in the afternoon and the rooms hadn't been checked out yet. I said couldn't you ask? Later I asked and they said there were. I was too tired from driving and stayed there directly. There was a lot of dust on the tables and other things, maybe it was just ready and no one had checked the room yet. To be honest, the breakfast was good and was delivered to the room. It tasted pretty good. There were free mineral water and cola drinks in the room. This bad review is mainly because of the front desk service. It's not the job of the guests to stay here. The front desk didn't seem to care. It felt like they could stay or not.
