Wenzhou Xinhai Lou b&B

We booked three rooms for the Dragon Boat Festival and stayed for three nights. The overall experience was very good. The boss and his family were very welcoming and the service was very, very, very good. I really didn't expect that the boss would help clean the room and buy toiletries every day. The upstairs and downstairs are kept very clean, spotless, and look very comfortable. The B&B is located in the first building on the B&B street. It is very ventilated and has a good view. There is a lot of crabs on the beach at the entrance, and the children will definitely like it. It is very convenient to drive to any scenic spot on Dongtou Island from the B&B, which can be done within 10 minutes. Parking at the door is very convenient and free. The lobby of the homestay 🈶 has automatic chess and card games, facing the sea, and it feels great to play mahjong while feeling the gentle sea breeze. There is no chess and card fee, thumbs up. The boss lady is also a very good cook. Early in the morning, the boss took me to the farmer's market to buy very fresh seafood. When we returned to the B&B, the boss lady helped to process it. It was much more cost-effective than eating out in a restaurant. The food was fresh, appetizing and cheap. The processing fee charged by the boss lady was also very reasonable. She also gave us a vegetable and a cat ear dessert, which was really great. The breakfast was also very rich. We stayed for three days and had a full breakfast every day. My little friend liked the seafood fried rice cooked by the boss lady, so she specially fried a pot for us, which was very good. The B&B is pet-friendly and has lots of love. 房間乾淨，服務很好！每年去洞頭都會入住的一家民宿，離韭菜嶴沙灘也很近，方便帶家人一起玩

什麼都挺好的，沒給滿分是因為自己一開始沒看清楚海景房！其他都挺好的，阿姆都很好説話

其他不重要，關鍵是老闆女兒很美！

一到店，老闆娘就幫我們拿行李，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，提供一次性用品。位置相當好，面朝大海，周邊環境優美，是真的可以趕海，抓了好多小螃蟹，小海螺。下次有時間還會去的。

推開窗户就可以看到大海，附近有個韭菜嶴沙灘非常熱鬧，我也是為了韭菜嶴沙灘預訂了這家民宿，設施完善，體感非常不錯，老闆也熱情得狠。早起還看了日出，非常滿意，下次還會來。
