I have been coming to Wenzhou for 12 years now and can safely say this has been my favourite hotel so far.
This year I brought my family including my 6 month old baby and it was super comfortable and easy.
The staff really are amazing here. Especially Johnny, who went out of his way to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Im not one for writing reviews but seriously couldn't have stayed at a better place, Highly recommend it

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel! The staff always greeted us with a smile and showed a lot of kindness. Excellent service, a beautiful room in a lovely location. What more do you need?

Free seasonal fruits and exquisite snacks upon check-in. Beautiful environment, rich and delicious breakfast. Very close to the airport and Wenzhou South Railway Station, it is one of the first choice of five-star hotels for business trips and also the first choice of five-star hotels for foreigners on business trips.

The cleaning of the guest room is not careful enough. A bag of takeaway food fell under the sofa the next day and was not cleaned. I don’t know if I don’t need to mop the floor when I stay there. My shoes were dirty when I went out and came back on rainy days. The floor was still quite dirty when I asked to clean the room the next day.
Except for the cleaning of the guest room, everything else is full marks! The details are well done. The toiletries of L'Occitane, the hair dryer has a strong wind, and the independent makeup mirror. The robot delivery of takeaway food is also very convenient.
