非常不錯，在温州出差一直住這裏。賓館對面就有去動車站的公交車。去温州機場直接坐輕軌就可以。前台很客氣，每次過來都笑嘻嘻。旁邊街上有個烤羊肉很好吃。超市都有。很方便！

來到一個人生地不熟的地方，總有一點擔心。令人驚喜的是新橋店服務是非常到位，工作人員熱情坦誠相待，那怕有點小問題都非常熱情細緻的有效解決，住得很舒服。該店地理位置不錯，出門交通方便，有多路公交車站可以方便去各處遊玩。還有附近有小吃店很不錯，特別夜市排檔充滿生活氣息，美食多多。尤其對該店工作人員的熱情，讓遊客特別滿意。

很不錯哦，一開始以為賓館還要爬樓，到了地方發現有電梯，而且考試的地方很近，還蠻方便的，最重要的是店家蠻好説話的，去之前軟件上聯繫提了點要求，店家滿足了，退房的時候決定下次繼續住，又提了點小建議也都幫忙做了，情緒價值很高哦，這個價位算是很到位的了。

100來塊錢的價位房間還是很好的，前台服務態度也超級好，我們在温州住了三天，整體還不錯，樓下就是一條小吃街，有一家雞公煲還蠻好吃的，晚上也有小吃攤開到很晚。小吃街走出去馬路對面就是夢多多小鎮，酒店附近打車也方便。相對來説信價比真的算好的，這樣的價位已經很好了，打算下次來温州還住這裏。

從另外一個賓館換過來住的，吃住行都較方便，性價比還行，如果能再優惠點就更好了，要求不高的推薦入住，衹要衞生安全就行。

前台服務很好，不收按金，退房超了時間，沒另外收我錢。隔壁就是小吃街，很多吃的。回來睡覺很安靜。價格也便宜，比周邊其他家 性價比都要高。去考試 温州科技學院走路10分鐘！
