I stay here every time I come to Wenzhou. The room is neat and clean, and the beautiful front desk lady provides warm and thoughtful service. There is a dedicated parking lot, but it is a bit small and parking is convenient. Breakfast was OK

設施：設施齊全，有洗衣機，不過要上七樓，在樓頂，沒有早餐

住了好多次，也算是老客户，第一次忍不住吐槽下。第一：環境衞生差，房間設施陳舊，牀頭櫃和地板上貌似有灰塵（因為本來就很陳舊了），感覺這個房間近期沒有人住過似的，連被子很潮像短期沒有換過的感覺。牆壁上還留有被以前客人打死的蚊子，服務員也不清理掉。第二：房間有異味。也可能跟近期雨季有關，房間味道比較重，很不舒服，連衞生間有個放紙巾的像煙灰缸的東西，裏面也是有銹跡的感覺。第三：收費是否合規合理。住宿期間，不小心把床單和被單弄臟了，留有污垢，但沒有損壞，服務員以難清洗為由，另外收取我雜費40元（以前此類情況住其他酒店從未收取過，除非是損壞了）。請問，該收費是否合規，或者收費是否偏高，且未經與我協商，主動扣款（網上訂房，退房後也是網上從平台扣款，後找服務員問，衹説規定要收）。總之，失望至極，住那麼久從來不打差評，此次打分已算念及以前住過那麼多次，第一次！！時間匆忙，忘記拍照

比較老的酒店，屋子面積挺大的，房間設計不太好，空調外機就在窗户口，噪音很大，其他整體上還可以，就是比較吵。
