衞生和裝修還算可以吧。位置偏是真的，點外賣時小哥都找不到。
大早上的總是有幾個阿姨大聲説話，感覺像是在罵街。很影響人，後來打電話給老闆説了才稍微好了些。
更痛恨的是，8點半的時候，有人拿着鑰匙開門，吵吵嚷嚷的準備要進來，後被制止了。
在準備離開時，突然發現電視上有這個東西，不知道是監視器，還是攝像頭。發現有的房間有，有的沒有。
沒有住時看到別人有好評，但住了2天，給人體驗不好。慎重選擇

1.説真的，民宿衞生算是可以。
2.位置是有點偏僻的；
3.最讓人討厭的是：早上7-8點時，樓下幾個阿姨，説話太大聲，像是吵架？又像是在趕集。
嚴重影響旅客休息。
4.如果想9點前睡懶覺的人，不建議首選

看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望真的很乾凈！比舟山的民宿乾淨一百倍服務也很友善熱情院子很愜意位置很好下個坡過個馬路就是東嶴沙灘沙灘免費的也有海鮮大排檔和一些路邊攤非常棒#衞生

五星好評，住宿條件乾淨，寬敞，小院子很適合孩兒們玩鬧。老闆娘人很隨和，還免費借給我們小電瓶出去買東西，廚房和燒烤具也可以使用。本來衹住一晚上，因為住着舒適，又續了一晚，很棒哦。
