1. The hotel called to confirm at 21:30 on the night of check-in and promised to reserve the room for the whole night. When I arrived at 22:00, I was told that I could not check in immediately and needed to wait for the hourly room to be cleaned. (Why would the booked room be used by other customers, and they called to confirm that they would check in) (The room that had just been cleaned had a strong odor and the experience was bad) 2. A box of well-packaged pastries was left in the room. I called to request to send it back on the night of check-out and found that the packaging had been opened. After receiving it, I confirmed that two were missing. (Why didn't they call the customer to confirm the well-packaged lost items, but opened them without authorization) Picture 1 shows the pastry packaging before it was lost, and Picture 2 shows the packaging after the hotel sent it back.

When checking in, they asked proactively and helped with late check-out, which was great! I also want to praise the breakfast of this restaurant, which is really good, much richer than other Hanting hotels, and you can make your own glutinous rice!
