The front desk staff and doorman are warm and thoughtful. There are many varieties of breakfast, including Chinese and Western food, which can basically meet the dietary needs of all kinds of people.

The whole room looked particularly comfortable. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. The reception girl smiled sweetly, and the cleaning lady also greeted me when she saw me upstairs. The hotel is great, and I will stay there next time I go to Wenzhou.

A very bad check-in experience. 1. I went to the front desk for the first check-in at more than 12 o'clock. Because when I placed an order on the Ctrip platform, it showed that I could earn hotel points. I had to go offline to earn points. I asked the front desk about hotel points. The front desk said that I could not earn points only when I ordered on the official website. OK, I accepted it. 2. When allocating the room, I was only told that the room type I booked was now only the one with a mahjong table. I was not reminded that this room would have a smoky smell. After checking in, the room smelled very smoky. It was useless to open the window and door for ventilation. 3. The toilet seat in the mahjong table room was not cleaned. It was full of urine stains. 🤮 After calling the front desk to listen to the feedback, they hung up the phone directly. They didn't say to change the room or other solutions. I couldn't bear it and went to the front desk to ask for a change of room. 4. After changing the room, the water from the faucet in the bathroom at the door was rusty and yellow. The room was so big and there was a desk but no chair. The front desk told me on the phone: Most rooms do not provide chairs. The suite I booked did not have chairs. The guest asked for it but did not give a suitable solution, so he hung up the phone. The room with the mahjong table clearly has chairs…. 5. The upper towel in the bathroom was a little damp, while the lower one was relatively dry. I suspect that the towels were not changed for each guest. There was still a piece of foam double-sided tape on the handle of the hair dryer. The previous guest's fingerprints on the switch were so obvious that they were not wiped off. The pull tabs of the previous guest's cans were all in the trash can. Is this the standard for cleaning the guest rooms? 6. The breakfast was also very bad. The wontons were not cooked, there were very few dishes, and no one cared when some guests smoked in the restaurant. 7. There was a KTV downstairs in the room, which was very noisy at night. 8. It happened that there was an earthquake around 8 o'clock in the morning. The shaking was obvious. The hotel did not have any broadcast reminders. The speakers on the top of the corridor were still playing music. I quickly cleaned up and walked to the elevator. The staff said that there was an earthquake just now. The service work of the hotel... is quite unprofessional... 9. The door of the shower room was not closed tightly, and the bath water overflowed. There was no conditioner, no hand sanitizer/soap, and the wall tiles next to the toilet were not wiped... In summary, it is highly not recommended to stay here. Choose carefully! ! ! !

I have stayed in Vienna many times before and the overall feeling was good. I trust this hotel, but this time was an exception. This time, I was bitten by mosquitoes all night and couldn't sleep. Every time I killed a mosquito, another wave of bombing came before I could fall asleep. I was tossed all night and killed a total of 23 mosquitoes. Yes, you read it right, 23, the real deal! Mosquitoes should hide under the bed, where dirt and filth are lurking. Can I complain?

The room and bathroom are quite clean, but there is no hand sanitizer or soap in the bathroom, which is inconvenient, and the sound insulation is not very good. The location is OK, about half an hour's walk to Impression City.

This is not my first time staying at a Vienna hotel. If I have a certain understanding of the general layout, I won't have too high expectations. It's quite satisfactory, but overall the price-performance ratio is good.

The environment is very good, but there are a few black thorns on the floor near the bathroom in the room. It really hurts when you step on them barefoot. I tried to pull them out but couldn't. I don't know what they are!
