The cleaning lady who opened the wrong door just explained it to us and didn't apologize to us! ! Very bad attitude. The soundproofing of this gaming room is extremely poor! The boys next door to us stayed up all night playing video games and yelling. We could hear it clearly here, and it wasn't until about 4 o'clock in the middle of the night that the sound became a little quieter.
