房間小巧玲瓏，設施都齊全並工作正常，好用，服務很規範，到位，不羅索，可見培訓很好，周邊吃早餐，及中晚餐的店家很多，價格實惠，質量好，味道好，老温州的核心區域，人文景點很豐富的。總之，這個店，滿意的。

奇怪吧 十幾平的屋子 （加衞生間）一個空調 開了一晚上26度 愣是凍的要命 敢情是空調在摸魚 硬件確實是老了 看老闆也比較佛系 衞生是真一般 細節不説了 在窗簾下面竟然還有一袋茶葉包裝袋遺留的沒有扔掉 跟別地兒的如家差遠了

酒店位置太好了，酒店前台的小哥哥又帥又可愛。酒店有停車場，靠着五馬街，附近還有守英豬臟粉，老坢兒街炒粉幹，娟娟早點的糯米飯，温州的小吃太多了，一天根本來不及吃。

性價比不高，各種設施都比較舊了，衞生間的花灑衹有手持的那種；隔音效果很差，隔壁説話都聽得到。再就是打電話給前台反饋電視播不了，説是找人來看下，等到第二天退房也沒來人。。。。。

房間還乾淨，設施簡陋，早餐還挺豐盛，停車場管理不到位，地方小不規範停車，停着的車都沒法開出來，前台服務員還説車都停得沒問題。真的很無語。
