Hotel location is good and front desk gentleman provided awesome customer service. However, the lights in the room isn't bright enough.

I booked an e-sports king-size room, but later got a regular king-size room. They said the e-sports king-size room was fully booked, and then they said the wrong room type photo was posted. What does it have to do with consumers if you posted it wrong? They didn’t even inform me in advance and said this to me when I arrived at the hotel at 9 o’clock?
