The key thing about this hotel is its location at 2 minutes walking distance from Wuma street, in the middle of the shopping district of Wenzhou and of the city itself.
There is also a lot of restaurants for all budgets and tastes close by.
The rooms are cosy and well decorated.
The buffet breakfast is varied. But if you are staying many days, I recommend you to try the many places to eat close by, to vary your choices.

really nice room for price. very close to WuMa street (though street is booooring). chambermaids really kind. two managers really good, but desk staff need to go to school for 3-Star Hotel service. Young man not fit for customer service. Ignores me (I was only guest in lobby) and just walks away,,, giggling w/ female front-desk staff. Never had Breakfast even once,,, was Never mentioned to me by Staff. Difficulties checking-in foreigner. Overall a 3/10, but remember, u get what u pay for. really nice room though...

靠近五馬街，地理位置還是很方便的！
洗漱台上有根頭髮，衞生間也有些許灰塵
旁邊有建築在施工電鑽，介意的不要選，性價比比較高

酒店如果沒有百分百的把握房客會提前退房，並且在10點之前把房間打掃好，那就不要把可提前4小時入住的承諾放到平台上！雖然註明了有空房先入住，但是有空房先入住不是屬於正常操作嗎，這都能成為一種專享權益了嗎？還是把這項專享權益撤了吧，時間還精確到提前4小時，不知道商家是這麼想的。衞生間上面的淋浴無法使用，衹有手柄蓮蓬頭可以用，很不方便，服務態度也不行，在我提出問題及意見之後，沒有什麼明確的表達，連最基本的致歉都沒有，總之入住體驗不是很好，總體性價比低！

第一次來點評，住的很滿意，衞生ok，浴室很大，乾濕分離，服務ok，入住送水果和冰紅茶，寄存行李也很貼心，地理位置ok，下面就是五馬街，吃喝玩樂啥的也很方便，離南塘、江心嶼、馬鞍池公園、中山公園啥的都很近，體驗感各方面都很不戳～

就是一個看起來很乾凈，實際上細節不太乾淨的酒店，不過價位在那了
一出電梯到十樓，過道上的臭味真的讓人窒息，好像是地毯散發出來的味道，就是那種很臟很臟很久沒有清洗過的臭味
餐廳餐桌牆壁上的污漬真的很倒胃口
早餐種類齊全，但是味道非常一般，讓人食不下咽
2.4米的大床房非常人性化，很適合兩大兩小的家庭入住
前台服務態度很好 很友善
