房間寫着2021年裝修，看不出，房間特別老舊，地板凹凸不平，房間到處都是污物，牆壁上都是不明黃色斑跡，床上都是毛髮，黑色污點，
衞生間情況更糟糕，洗澡地方沒有防滑墊，直接腳踩，滑膩的超級噁心，排風扇整個晚上都是轟隆隆作響，真的無語，半夜四點被樓下吵架聲吵醒，這個隔音絕了

服務挺好的，工作人員很有耐心。前台小姐姐特別好還免費給我升級帶外窗的大房間，停車場很方便，就在酒店門口。衞生也挺好，房間大，住的舒服。早餐口味不錯。晚上去了一趟五馬街，打車還挺方便的，回來洗了洗衣服，有烘乾機這點挺好的，各方面都挺滿意。

性價比超高的一家酒店！價格實惠，卻絲毫不影響它提供優質的服務和舒適的環境。房間寬敞明亮，打掃得一塵不染，衞浴設施也很新，用起來很舒心。酒店周邊環境優美，有個大公園，早上散步特別舒服位置在市中心，交通便利，走路10幾分鐘可以到達温州最繁華的步行街，這次入住真的物超所值，以後出行找酒店就按這個標準來！
