設施是比較陳舊的老派賓館，三層樓一整層都是賓館房間。
優點:早餐挺好的，種類很多挺好吃也新鮮，每天9點可以供應。
缺點:隔音差是其次，賓館數次接納一對酒**情侶，安排在頭對頭的房間，是不應該的。從晚上9點入住就拖着很重的傢俱撞牆打架（非玩鬧，聲音非常清晰，幾次想打110報警，又怕給酒店帶來麻煩，畢竟是客人）持續到夜裡1點一直對着床頭邊打遊戲邊大聲喊叫，沒想到住標間依然避不開**，期間保安大叔來制止過兩次，安靜一分鐘不到又開始***，素質之低，讓人咋舌。
後經多方溝通換了一間屋居住，前台小弟弟顯然沒有培訓好話術，和我説起了換房需要收拾新房間的衞生費（完全可以説找一下領導稍後回覆），造成半夜睡的起床氣很是不爽，畢竟把酒店數次被投訴過擾民的**住客安排到我隔壁頭對頭的床是我入住兩天以後的事，我是考慮酒店不好做提出我自己搬，沒要求隔壁。後期經理處理了，給我們換了房間，説的要申請一次額外的打掃新換的房間最後也沒打掃，不過這個影響不大，也送了四個橘子安撫，但是還是希望酒店引起重視，這樣的**既然經常來住擾民，經常有別的住客投訴，就應該有更合理的安排，而不是當一鎚子買賣不管周圍的住客的睡眠質量。另，培訓話術也需要再下下工夫，避免出現矛盾升級。
酒店整體問題不大，中規中矩。來住的住客需要提前打招呼別再遇上那對長期經常來***的情侶。
