優點：
1、距離沙灘近，100多米左右，民宿在小山坡上；
2、家庭房有4份早飯，可以住四人；
3、衞生還是不錯；
4、房間可以看到海嶴和沙灘；
5、靠近仙疊巖景區，遠處橋貌似韭菜嶴那邊；隱約可以看到“神舟海上第一屏” 字樣。
缺點：
1、房間沒有瓶裝水；
2、家庭房在四樓，對帶小朋友來説，爬樓有些累了；
3、設施比較一般，就基本的熱水，空調，
建議弄個洗衣機、晾衣架啥；（不是一樓的）
4、500多的價格，性價比不高；
5、房間網絡信號欠佳，網絡電視卡頓，另外，Wi-Fi密碼建議也可以寫明，方便連接。
其他體驗：（跟民宿無關）
東嶴沙灘估計是見過最臟的大海，垃圾很多，雖然看到有垃圾打撈船，還有沙灘上有清潔工人，貌似他們都是蜻蜓點水意思下，沒有仔細清潔，影響洞頭形象啊！
沙灘邊上晚上超級熱鬧，估計跟暑假有關係。
邊上吃飯的地方還是挺多的；
樓下超市瓶裝水基本是3元，銀聯都是5元左右，建議可以買5元的大瓶水，划算。

很温馨的一次旅行，因為遇見了你們，好客的房東老夫婦，愛人因為感冒，特意給做的麪，早餐簡單卻可口，吃到撐😁，靜靜的海邊之旅，讓煩躁的心有了片刻的寧靜，房前屋後的花花草草美化了環境，愉悦了心情，如果有機會還會再來。

老闆很友善，衞生乾淨，靠近海邊的獨棟院子民宿，免費沙灘是孩子的天堂，游泳趕海待個一天都捨不得回家，海鮮美食吃到撐[偷笑][偷笑]特別是老闆很熱心

喜歡洞頭的美，民宿門口的藤壺古巷，不由自主讓人回到80年代，免費沙灘步行一分鐘即可到達。景區非常方便，海鮮麪那個鮮[色][色][色]
