設施：很好，還有智能語音助手，電腦配置也很好，很滿意很滿意
衞生：去的時候阿姨剛好打掃完，非常乾淨，情侶大床房裡還有香薰環境非常好
環境：有很大的窗户，窗簾也是自動的
服務：服務很好前台都很好
就是隔音稍微有點差，電競酒店難免晚上有點吵

訂的電競四人間，開房間的時候遇到一個主機開不了告知前台後立馬過來換了個主機，處理問題迅速，服務態度非常好，房間很整潔乾淨，床睡得也很舒服。讚揚的同時提出一些有待提升的地方，入住的時候需要錄入車牌號才可以免費停車，入住前車牌訊息在溝通的時候發過了，但是早上退房後出停車場的時候出不去，給前台發消息了很快解決了，但是還是有點點影響體驗感，再就是淋浴間的沐浴露和洗髮露按壓的時候很費勁，按半天才出一點點，然後就是開發票的時候，需要給發訂單截圖，這個可能是因為前台需要確定住店訊息，但是以前住酒店從來沒有遇到過這種情況，覺得這個流程還是有優化的空間。整體來説還是不錯的。

工作人員服務超熱情，有求必應，入住體驗從開始到結束，全程舒適又安心。網絡更是沒得説，穩定得像高鐵在軌道上飛馳，完全沒有卡頓。遊戲設備也超頂，高刷新率的顯示屏、機械鍵盤和專業電競鼠標，操作起來絲滑流暢，手感滿分。

從預訂到退房全程順暢，前台小姐姐辦理入住時笑容特別親切，還主動介紹了周邊的美食和交通，這點超加分。訂的大床房空間很寬敞，裝修是簡約乾淨的風格，床上用品摸起來軟軟的，睡一晚特別舒服，完全沒有陌生環境的不適感。
最驚喜的是衞生間，乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水來得快而且水温穩定，洗漱用品的味道也很清新。酒店的位置也很方便，離地鐵站步行大概5分鐘，去景點或者商圈都挺近，晚上回來周邊也很安靜，不會吵到休息。
早餐種類特別多，勝在新鮮，粥品、小菜、麪包都有，能滿足基本需求。退房時效率也很高，全程沒怎麼等。
總體來説，這個價位能住到這樣的酒店很值，性價比拉滿
