民宿位置很好，旁邊就是地鐵站樓底下就是兩個大型夜市，吃喝玩樂全都有，然後旁邊就有燒烤排擋火鍋等等，看起來也不錯。房間條件不錯，隔音好，挺乾淨的，住的也舒服。

整體衞生搞得挺乾淨的，看評價還抱着試試看的想法呢，主要離我家近， 跟我家同一個小區的 幫朋友訂的，還可以做飯，陽台也很大 晾洗衣服都很方便，還有一個電視投屏很方便 這個蠻好的，主打一個方便 清爽吧。房東人也很好，回覆很及時，下次朋友來 還會再來的。

我是一個人住的， 已經是第三次入住了，房間很温馨 感覺挺不錯的，民宿很乾凈 被子對我來説有點薄了（我是不愛開空調的），跟房東要了一床備用被子哈哈，服務也很好，性價比很高。值得推薦

環境真的非常好! ! ! 床鋪也舒服，廚房基本調料也都有，廁所也很乾凈，洗手枱什麼卸粧水、洗面奶、大管的牙膏、洗手液、消毒酒精也都有! 客廳甚至連一次性筷子都有! 簡直太方便吃帶回來的小吃了! ! ! 設施太齊全了! 而且交通也很方便! 走個幾百米就是龍霞輕軌站（從温州南站坐S1線可達），然後再走過去不到一公里就是梧田夜市，梧田夜市再走幾十米就是龍霞夜市，晚上夜宵有着落了! 真的不要太方便! !

首先定位不準確，自己找了7分鐘一直找不到大門進去，然後中午12點打客服電話打了4次（第一次都到小區二組團大門口了問他怎麼走，報了個號碼➕微信就掛了，7分鐘沒通過；二次撥打説通過了，我們説沒有，他説看下就掛了；6分鐘之後三次撥打：哥，我們熱暈了，你微信還是沒通過，要不你加我微信吧，然後跟我們説工作微信手機找不到就掛了，3分鐘後四次撥打，換了個人接，讓我們➕另外一個微信），整整讓我們在高温室外下蒸桑拿差不多30分鐘，關鍵也沒人過來引導，就➕微信發了個具體小區幾幢幾單元幾室，還是要靠我們自己在大熱天下找，就很無語，真的，竟然人沒在，入住前一晚是不是就要主動聯繫客户，告知具體的地址及路線！然後我以為的三室兩廳是有2個衞生間，沒有，就一個，另外一個自己堆雜物，房間三個，2張床是翻身會有聲音，另外一個不會

值得推薦，位置優越 離輕軌站衹有一條路的距離，交通便利，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了，民宿房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，房東溝通很好，很主動。
