Good location & sumptuous breakfast. Hotel rooms is old design.

The hotel is located next to the Mixc. The executive river view rooms have a wide view and you can really enjoy the light show on the mountain opposite. The transportation is convenient and it is easy to go to the surrounding attractions. The facilities are very good. The breakfast is rich. The restaurant provided by the executive courtesy has a good environment and service. I will choose this hotel next time!

The Sheraton Wenzhou provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The way the staff treated me as a customer was truly outstanding, making me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. The services, installations, and facilities were immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The room itself was a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location proved extremely convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Overall, the Sheraton Wenzhou is an outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

I did not eat, only breakfast which was excellent. Rooms very nice. Only one negative thing. The rooms facing the busy road are noisy. The small window can't be closed well. This is the only thing they must improve. Sorry, I forgot to make some photos. Next time I will.

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. The location of the hotel is also convenient if you’re traveling with kids coz there are theme park and ocean world aquarium to walk around and play nearby. Aside from the convenience Store, pizza hut, watsons, and kfc we also see 2 coffee shops around the area. The staffs are helpful and friendly which is for me a huge factor during our stay. They tried to attend our requests and needs fast and efficient.

Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!

I booked this hotel because my mother was having a banquet here. The hotel is pretty old but it’s one of the first grand hotels back in the day. It used to be 5 stars decades ago but now it’s getting a little ragged. The banquet hall and the food they served was nice though. I would recommend this hotel to older traditional Chinese couples. Younger couples may not like this hotel. The location is good though and it’s very easy to get a taxi in Wenzhou.

The hotel where I stayed helped to upgrade to a business king-size room, and sent fruit for check-in. When I checked out, the front desk lady Nice Tan saw that there were children there, and brought small biscuits and a small fan for the children. The children were very happy. Thank you Nice Tan. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, the first choice for business trips! The hotel is very close to the Xianyan Scenic Area, a 10-minute walk, and it is very nice to take a walk after dinner.

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

Generally speaking, it is an upper-middle-level hotel, and the Cantonese breakfast is the highlight. The service is second only to that of the Westin Hotel, but the facilities are generally old and need to be updated. The ventilation ducts are connected in series, so you can occasionally smell someone smoking on the non-smoking floor, and it is not completely smoke-proof.
