Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!

Generally speaking, it is an upper-middle-level hotel, and the Cantonese breakfast is the highlight. The service is second only to that of the Westin Hotel, but the facilities are generally old and need to be updated. The ventilation ducts are connected in series, so you can occasionally smell someone smoking on the non-smoking floor, and it is not completely smoke-proof.

The service is excellent, and the various facilities are also good, including massage chairs and smart toilets. Overall, it is still great. There are ice cream, sweet potatoes, ice water, coffee, etc. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The gym is a bit stuffy, but everything else is good. I am quite satisfied with it. It is also convenient to eat around.

Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

The room was nice and modern I liked the bed as well. The breakfast wasn't what I expected from an international hotel. The only foreign food was some toast and jam!

A typical chinese event Hotel - not really worth the name Airport Hotel - this is expected to have a short distance to the airport - but this Hotel is far away from airport. offering a shuttle service - last bus is at 7:30 pm - as I aerrived at 7:45 in front of the airport - all was gone. This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

It has a strategic location and a lot of boutiques just around the corner. Mcdonald is just beside the hotel. The train station is only 10 minutes walking distance. The most convenient is that there is a pedestrian bridge connected to the surrounding areas. The staff are friendly. The hotel also provide self-service laundry and dryer. If you have eat a lot, you can also go to the gym room.
