My weekend stay at Shangri-La hotel was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty - the staff was friendly, professional and incredibly attentive, especially Julie, thank you for the outstanding service.The room itself was immaculate and tastefully appointed - a luxurious oasis to relax after a busy day. I took advantage of the wonderful amenities on offer including the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing - it was a real pleasure to enjoy such delicious, varied cuisine. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending it to all of my friends.

Sheraton has good service, a nice hotel, and a welcoming front desk. Although it has been open for a long time, it has the feel of a festive home. The Ctrip local tour package I signed up for included one night in a five-star hotel. I chose the Overseas Chinese Hotel. Because I had a Ctrip Platinum Card, I got a free upgrade to the executive room. I also chose this hotel for the next two days and booked a king-size bed room, which was also upgraded. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and have a good service attitude. Except that it is not a new hotel, everything else is fine. The main reason is the strategic location. It is a ten-minute walk from Wuma Street and the Jingguang Temple is right next to the hotel. I will choose this hotel next time.

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.

Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

This is my first time staying in Wenzhou Junting. Let me share my experience: the overall style has a Southeast Asian feel. The elephant at the door has been seen in Bali. I booked two parent-child rooms on Trip.com.
