This hotel is definitely a 4star plus hotel. However , the service throughout this hotel is 5star. extremely professional and it’s services are ensuring customer service is a priority. The restaurant staff are excellent, and needs to be acknowledged by management for their outstanding service. The reception staff assist in purchasing train tickets and other requests made the stay more comfortable. I highly recommend THIS hotel to anyone visiting this location for business/leisure reasons.

It was my first time to come to Wenzhou and I chose Atour, which I have stayed in in other cities, and the experience was pretty good. I came back late after going out, and the guy at the front desk put the late-night rice dumplings in the room in advance, which was very considerate. The service staff are all warm and friendly. I originally wanted to check out wontons, glutinous rice and lean meatballs, but I ate them all in the hotel breakfast room. There is also a small mini gym downstairs. The equipment is quite complete. The hotel is located about ten minutes by taxi from Mochi Park on Wuma Street. The transportation is very convenient. It is also thirty minutes by taxi from Wenzhou South Railway Station.
