酒店應該是改造的，大堂很標準，走廊有點壓抑，房間內部還不錯，但是毛巾臟兮兮的，表面還有沒洗乾淨的黑色臟污，洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機應該也不是星程統一的，看着像用了很久的，早上八點樓下就有很吵的音樂聲，八點半到餐廳，菜品已經空了一兩個了，整體來説對不起星程這個名字和星級

定了兩晚將近700的房費，實際入住感受、環境和一晚100的酒店差不多，所有毛巾發舊泛黃，服務很表面化，見面會説你好，但實際不會解決問題，比如我打電話讓送一把椅子，到退房也沒有送來；比如我和前台溝通因為孩子下午比賽，我們延遲一小時即1點退房，不可以，必須超過12點就每小時出30元才可以延時。比如電梯裏貼的大概十條你能享受到的服務，其實也衹是擺設，因為前台根本不會問你需不需要也不會告訴你如何領取這些服務，非常偏於形式主義。比如第二天打掃完衞生後並沒有補充飲用水。比如帶孩子也沒有提供小童拖鞋，我直到退房才知道前台會提供小童拖鞋，當你需要的時候。如果你不問，什麼都沒有。你問了，也根本不會變通！綜上所述，如果不是和游泳館很近位置方便，我想我不會選擇住這裏。
