Valley of the Waters B&B

The location is idyllic and the facilities are outstanding. We spent a comfortable and enjoyable week here in late October. Some nights were still surprisingly cold and we appreciated the heating and electric blankets. The spa bath provided perfect opportunities to relax aching muscles after a day’s hiking. There isn’t a stand-alone shower, so this bathroom wouldn’t be suitable for somebody with balance or mobility issues. There was a lack of drawer space, but everything else more than made up for it and there was a wrack for hanging clothes. We ordered breakfast on some days. Compared with the local cafes, it is very good value. We ate it on the balcony and soaked in the stunning views. Parking was provided and beautiful walks began within a stone’s throw of the property. The hosts are absolutely lovely. We couldn’t have chosen better!

We stayed for 2 nights. Very warm welcome from Marty. Room was superb. Excellent top tier quality with a stunning view. Topped with a delicious breakfast and a bottle of bubbles and a bar of Lindt chocolate. What a treat! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Marty

We stayed for two nights. The room was a good size with large bathroom, very cosy and clean. We appreciated the little touches like biscuits and chocolate. Very nice balcony with stunning view, We thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds. Parking available and within a short walk of some good walks to see more of the national park. We would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting the Blue Mountains.

We booked a last minute stay for one night and were very lucky to get the “Loft Suite” for the night. The pictures don’t do it justice. From the amazing views to the immaculate room and all the little finishing touches it was a fantastic stay and we wished we had stayed for longer. It was a perfect location for exploring the area and we will definitely be back.

We booked Valley of the Waters B&B for our wedding during the Queen's Birthday weekend in Sydney. All the 5-star reviews are true - this B&B is just absolutely stunning. The Cliff View Room we booked was so spacious that almost all my guests can fit in the room as we prepared for the ceremony. The bed, complete with the electric blanket, ensured good night's sleep every single night (we forgot to turn on the heater and survived our first night all thanks to the blanket). And the spa bath!! We just had to use it every night! Some guests were using the spa bath beyond 10 pm but it wasn't a nuisance. If it weren't too cold we would have sat at the patio and look at the stars at night, or camp out to wait for the sunrise. The views are to die for! Hats off to Martin for making us feel so welcome, accommodating our small mob of guests post ceremony, and for cooking and bringing us our breakfast every day. The breakfast is so divine and can fuel you for the rest of the day. PS My husband and I also loved that the beagles visited every morning!

Stayed with my wife for a 50th celebration weekend getaway. The place was amazing, the views were spectacular even if the weather wasn't great, when the fog lifted the mountains fill your view from the rooms. Stunning location. Marty was fantastic, even left a special bottle of wine to enjoy and breakfast was grand. Thanks for making it special and look forward to coming back again!
