我是去出差，朋友推薦的，説是在市中心的不錯的酒店，結果一整個大踩雷，大冬天的，背芯不知道多久沒換過了，很薄，蓋一晚上都是冰的，空調是壞的，凌晨4點鐘活活被冷醒，打電話讓前台加被子，衞生間的風扇也是壞的，洗個澡騰雲駕霧的差點悶死在裏面，保潔去查房給保潔反饋，就衹給我説一句讓工程師傅檢查一下，真的，體驗感其差！外觀看着確實還可以，房間比較陳舊，設備也比較老，床墊也是硬得要死，總之，下次不會在入住！

酒店雖然舊了點，但是非常整齊乾淨整潔，早餐品種不多但是看起來乾淨整齊衞生。經濟領導有方，辛苦你們了。所以工作人員。

前台服務員態度冷漠，房間電話打不出去，找客服樓上樓下的跑，洗個澡水從衞生間流到客房，床單上還有洞，不建議入住

服務水準太差了。早晨六點半了，前台服務員還在摺疊床上睡覺，直到保潔員將她叫醒，才給我辦的退房。另外，空調外掛機噪音太大，酒店的隔音根本沒達到應有的要求。
