服務態度差，衞生差，被單都包漿了能不能換一換臟死了老闆娘態度超級差 明明我們是顧客 到整得她像顧客一樣 廁所門爛了關不了，又不掃碼登記還怕警察來查，把整體的衞生 設施弄完全乾凈再開旅館好嗎 還超級吵

房間衞生還是很乾凈的，位置也挺好的，下去就是東風路步行街，老闆娘態度很好很客氣有求必應，態度不好的是男的老一點的那個老闆，問什麼態度都很沖那種，我也是暴脾氣，我也忍了一肚子火了，住頭兩天我是在攜程上下的訂單，老闆就可能以為我沒開房費，讓我出示訂單訊息憑證確認，這是能理解的，沒有一天是主動敲門打掃衞生的，下午一點多左右我想出去辦事情就在前台跟老闆説等一下去幫我打掃一下房間的衞生，老闆迴應態度就特別充，要打掃衞生就起早一點啊，睡到現在誰還等得了你，第一我睡到什麼時候是我權利，你賓館老闆管不上吧，第二我説我現在要急着出門辦事，等下你們自己去打掃就好了，老闆愣是説讓我把房間鑰匙留下，沒有備用鑰匙，逼我回房間給他開門打掃好衞生才讓我走，第二天還是同樣的情況，我跟老闆娘説等下去幫我打掃下衞生又有備用鑰匙了，晚點回來的時候我再跟賓館老闆交代了每天早上你們打掃衞生的時候就算我在房間裏的時候你們敲下門我開門給你們進來打掃衞生就行了，但是男老闆態度還是很沖的迴應我説現在一般都不打掃衞生了，你自己注意一點衞生就行了嘛，我服了，吃飯外賣垃圾，洗漱完洗漱用品的垃圾還有上完廁所的垃圾這些我怎麼注意，打掃衞生是你們賓館的責任吧

那個廁所味道很重，關門都堵不住的那種，住了一晚上鼻子直接堵了，隔音也很差，一點風吹草動聽得清清楚楚 我真的，我出門在外從來不寫評價，這是我第一次忍不住，堅決要給差評 半夜睡不着，起來開個燈，發現牆上有大蟑螂，地上蟑螂也在竄，好不容易睡着一兩個小時，睜眼的時候發現有蟑螂從枕頭邊竄過去，誰懂我的崩潰

住了兩天，廁所味道特別大，房間很小，就一個床，一個小衞生間，8點9點左右就來敲門掃地。我從網上訂的，去退房的時候他就是説他沒收到錢，叫我給現金，弄了半天他還是不會，讓他去對面旅館諮詢一下軟件用法，他也不去，搞了半天才讓我走，
