這家酒店的地理位置非常好，房間乾淨整潔舒適。
我在這裏用餐時，瑪日亞服務員的態度熱情周到，而且上菜時還詳細地介紹了每一道菜品。整個服務過程都保持着微笑，讓人感到非常舒適。
晚餐後酒店帶領客人一起在篝火邊跳舞，還是每一個人的熱情微笑服務，都非常好。
這位瑪日亞服務員給我留下了深刻印象。

環境很好，早晚景色很不錯 晚上天氣好能看到星星 後山可以徒步。可以泡茶 煮咖啡 酒店目前騎馬和嚮導帶領後山徒步還沒開展 晚些可能會全面一些

淡季來的，客人好像衹有我們，講真，夜裡有點點冷，玻璃房也不能呆，新疆的冬天嘛，已經很不錯了！
服務真的很贊！吃的也很好，味道棒棒的！。不到碰見了老鄉，還有美麗的努爾古。説要喝粥，立馬準備，太貼心了！給漂亮的小姐姐努爾古點贊！還有幾個小哥哥，都點贊

酒店選址一絕！淡季感受了一次包場的服務，美克麗亞小姐姐漂亮又温柔，帶着騎馬的禮賓小哥哥靦腆又可愛！從酒店養的動物們身上就能看出這是個有愛的“家庭”，簡直不敢想象這裏的夏天會有多美，下次一定會再來～

人不是很多，環境幽美。服務態度細緻，帥哥美女還組織了篝火晚會，但是客人太少，互動不起來。特別是有位戴眼鏡的挺瘦的小哥，忘了詢問名字了，服務一級棒！

從烏魯木齊自駕到賽湖，路上酒店貼心提醒起霧開車小心，從賽湖出發到水雲杉酒店已經晚上八點，天黑加上大霧，開的心驚膽戰一直以為酒店定錯了。直到我們到達酒店，小林和服務員們圍上來關心、幫忙提行李，也準備好了火鍋，還一起篝火晚會。起霧的晚上沒有星星難過的早早睡了。第二天起來大霧散去的日出也太好看了吧！粉色的天！前方遠處山中還有雲海，背後就是銀杉，美炸了！！！早飯如圖，青椒炒肉可太好吃了。吃完到酒店溜達拍照結實了狗兒皮皮，一路跟着我們。小林和阿紮帶我們騎馬滑雪，滑雪太刺激了，皮皮跟着我跑們了好遠。因為還要出發賽湖繼續玩，午飯來不及吃，小林貼心打包好了午飯還有一整杯咖啡。還有魚子醬伴手禮。離開的時候皮皮一路跟着我們很捨不得。水雲杉住店之旅開始戰戰兢兢結束非常不捨，有機會再見！

酒店在距離塞湖半小時車程的温泉縣，可以直接從北門出去抵達。對野奢酒店沒有什麼期待，但越臨近酒店被沿途的美景所征服，光有這景也值得了～因為是冬季，沒有太多客人，所以服務上還有一些瑕疵，但整體還算在線，處理也合理。維族小哥艾先章還帶我到了附近一個山頂俯瞰無人的塞湖，一路上學了很長的維語，最後衹學會了亞克西～收藏了還能再來～
