房間還可以，就是一個晚上都沒熱水，沒辦法洗漱，打電話説讓等，都大半夜了，反正一直沒熱水！樓下的那個牛肉火鍋。等了將近快一個小時才上菜，又貴又不好吃，非常不推薦，火鍋店沒加工過的都是好吃的，經過他加工的都是不好吃，還不如對面的店鋪隨便吃一點。

真的很差勁，滿屋子的蟲子，而且也沒錄入身份證，還沒有電梯沒有空調。太嚇人了 任何地方都有蟲子，而且態度很不好。剛開始沒人接待，還需要自己拿房卡！退房也沒人管！

很驚喜🥰🥰，原來想訂大床，但是沒有房間了，就訂了標間，房間很乾凈，空間也比較寬敞，很喜歡他們家的一次性用品，酒店外的停車場地也很大很方便
🌺🌸最最意外的是，樓下就是火鍋，沒想到不僅環境好，味道也超棒，非常贊，旅途中最開心舒適的一次體驗啦👍👍👍

避雷避雷，別來這家就行了，！沒有任何服務可言！問了兩次房間無線都沒有得到妥善處理跟回答，最後還是用了一天自己的流量，晚上到達那邊去樓下吃了個火鍋，樓下火鍋跟住宿是同一個老闆，去吃飯也沒有任何服務可言，鍋底沒有鹽味告訴服務員加點鹽居然要我們自己去拿，房間沒有熱水沒有熱水沒有熱水！！！！在房間裏放水放了十多分鐘還是沒有熱水，打電話告知前台人員，負責人衹會推脱説是24小時有熱水的，還讓我們等等可能就有熱水了，半夜到酒店想洗漱我還得等熱水燒好？第二天早上一開始也放了很久的熱水一開始還是沒有，告訴打掃阿姨，打掃阿姨説是我們自己方向開錯了，一個熱水器開關就兩個，我兩邊都嘗試開了很久就是沒有熱水，懶得跟她去爭執，隨你怎麼説吧紙巾用完了讓前台拿，拿過來了當面還問我們是要續住還是要退房，我就算要退房房間沒有紙巾我就不能要紙巾了？2點前退房，我11點要紙巾不行？拿過來的紙巾還是隔壁房間用過的，真的很無語😑隔音也差。不推薦大家來這家避雷避雷避雷！！！

房間不算便宜，比得上一線城市，可能人家是旅遊城市吧，首先新疆那麼大，它房間咋就能那麼小呢，有點擠的屬實，行李箱差點打開沒地方放，洗手間馬桶蓋不穩當，地漏返臭是真的，最值得一説的就是插頭很多，被褥乾淨。

萬里奔波，回到故鄉，在攜程上選擇了這一家看起來比較新的酒店，訂了四晚。房間一般，衞生間衞生較差，下水不暢，白天房間比較熱，噴淋頭固定不了位置，排氣系統噪音非常大。第一晚被房間外空調室外機噪音幹擾得無法入睡。（客房是沒有空調的，是一樓火鍋店的空調室外機，温泉的賓館好像都沒有空調）第二天調換了朝東的房間，安靜多了。酒店停車很方便，一樓火鍋店非常好吃，連續吃了兩晚，菌菇湯鍋底非常鮮美，鮮切牛肉、金針菇、土豆都比較好吃，蘸料較少。温泉縣以及周邊景色非常美，有濕地、有戈壁，有河谷，有雪山，有高山湖泊，有4000年前的古人類遺址，有温泉，有牧場，有悠閑自在的馬牛羊，有天鵝、野鴨，有可愛的小地鼠。現在遊客比較少，非常適合夏天來度假，8月份早晚温度只有17、18度左右，特別舒適，但旅遊硬件設施和服務還需要有大的提高！

打開房門簡直被驚艷到，新中式裝修風格簡單舒適，服務人員態度也很好，因有換洗衣服衣架數量有限找了她們很快送來足夠衣架，説不夠需要的話再拿。還有就是住宿和餐廳一起，住房客人還能享受8.8折優惠。最最重要的是火鍋味道好呀😁完全符合我的口味

酒店沒電梯，給的房間是3樓，還好前台叫來了隔壁飯店的服務員來幫忙提行李上樓。
房間挺新，設施還行，最大的問題是沒有空調，我們到的那晚有點熱，晚上沒空調房間裏很熱，娃一直喊熱睡不着。行程後幾天每天都要問我今天晚上的酒店有沒有空調。
吃飯很方便，下樓就是火鍋店。
早餐有點一般，選擇不多，菜裏大蒜多。
