先説一下：房間也就那樣，想成招待所就行了，設施比較老。就近出差選的，然後晚上一點半到達，晚上的姐姐服務態度可以，最開始的房間乾淨，但是吵於是換了一個，結果推開門進去，應該是有客人待過，瓜子花生都還在桌子上垃圾桶裏，枕頭上居然還有女士的秀髮，這一看就是沒收拾。也沒説啥一點半了湊合住吧。
高潮來了：中午一點半打電話問續房還是退房，説能否延遲到三點因為來不及趕回來，説超過兩點就要收半天房費，我就説聽聽看你説的是人話嗎？別人都是免費延遲或者收個一小時幾十塊，説實話吃相太難看了！然後啪一聲把電話掛了，我就火急火燎回來收拾，刷不開房門了讓我下去刷，我也是醉了喊上來刷開拿了就走，然後不願意開發票催我走，我就站那兒要求開，給我開的不是平台價格！少開了讓重開，就開始罵人！有這麼開店做生意的嗎！爭論中前台説一個小夥子出來出差凈找事讓我小心點，説我**得很其他客人都沒事兒就我找茬。態度極其惡劣！
處理結果：報警+投訴，警察和文旅局市監局都來了，也不願意道歉！別人文旅局説這已經在他們家處理過多次糾紛了，這個事情真的很糟心！但是新疆的警察和文旅局市監局還是非常棒的！有問題第一時間就來了。
房間情況：沒處理乾淨算了，湊合住了，但是房間沒有抽紙，沒有空調（確實不需要），沒有吹風！就這硬件設施都忍了，也沒為難也沒説啥，但是催着退房和少開發票還有罵客户這態度忍不了！我又沒訂你們家最便宜的房間，又不是不可以好好説話，那大姐攔都攔不住指着我鼻子罵！還是報了警才給我足額開了發票！

去賽里木湖的路上，選了這家酒店，乾淨衞生，門口就可以停車，附近有飯店吃飯。自駕去賽里木湖可以進園，不用提前預約，隨時買了進，很美！

房間設施很好，衞生狀況很好，周圍環境也很好，工作人員的服務態度更好，免費停車非常方便，有機會到温泉縣還會再住勇瑩賓館。

去賽里木湖路過温泉，酒店老舊。。不過房間很大。。三人間就是加了個小床。。。房間非常不隔音。。房間夠大
