房間房東老奶奶非常的熱情，還帶我們去租了電動車，風景非常好！！！下次還會再來！！很好玩很好玩！！！

很奇怪，不用登記入住。房間衣櫃還放着長者家的衣服，應該是房東夫妻的。房間門沒有鎖，住着很不踏實。雖然沒有出現失竊的情況。房間內有股味道。但是離金沙灘確實挺近的。不過同等價位的也有更好的。

民宿距離金沙灘特別近！基本就是下樓就到了。
衞生：民宿很新，幾乎就是周圍最新的的了，衞生間也非常乾淨
服務：過來的是一個老爺爺幫我們登記的，老爺爺人很好
值得一提的事，一樓掛了祝遂之的字，老闆太有品味了！不愧是浙江，都是文化人啊

春節期間這個價位可以，房間很大，也算得上整潔乾淨。20年前的全木包裝修，應該是當年房東給兒子準備的婚房，唯一不滿意是沒有熱水洗澡，尷尬了。

酒店離金沙灘非常近，樓下五十米就是飯店，停車場不大，除了旅遊，也很時候當地團建，三樓的露台天氣好的話喝酒擼串應該很不錯的。
