設施：設施很新。用品，房間裝修以及毛巾床單都很新。房間空間很大，很通透。有個大露台對着海。看日出都不用出房間，4樓也有一個觀景平台，2樓院子也可以觀日出。早餐在1樓，小菜很好吃。有一個大院子和草坪。
衞生：衞生很乾凈。拖鞋質量非常好。
環境：環境絕佳。就在洞下沙灘上面 獨佔了一整個山頭。看日出看海去洞下沙灘玩都是絕佳的位置，沒有更好的位置了。
服務：老闆服務熱情周到。還送了小伴手禮。有什麼要求也都能儘量滿足，很暖心。

海邊的院子，雖然因為管制交通過來很辛苦，看見這麼壯觀的景觀感覺太值了，這個自然景觀太稀缺了，這個半島估計就這一家了，得天獨厚的優勢，一入酒店就感覺老闆是個文化人，處處細節都透露着老闆的精心佈置，品味不凡，孩子們光玩酒店玩具就不想走了。聽着海風海浪拍打石頭的聲音入眠，拉開窗簾定好窗簾就能看日出，可惜碰上台風下着雨，觀日出計劃衹能留到下次。早飯也非常驚喜，非常新鮮可口美味，很愉快的旅行，超讚

位置離洞下沙灘很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。
房間很不錯，裏面也清爽，要想看視野開闊的海景建議選貴點的房間。四樓有個大露台海景一覽無餘。
