最開始訂的優選1.8米大床房，給我的最角落的梯形房間，1.5米的床，房間很小，衞生差，像是倉庫改出來的，我説我訂的一米八的床你咋給我一米五的床，那前台打遊戲忙的，眼皮都不抬一下，沒有一米八的，有兩間一米五的，我説我訂的一米八，你沒房間又不是我的問題，她告訴我那你退掉吧😳，然後又説有精選大床房，看了下房間還湊合，結果靠馬路吵的要死，辦入住的時候那前台愣是一個字不給你講內側房間和外側房間的區別，那麼大個店好像衹有那一間房似的，快睡覺的時候洗澡才看到那衞生，差勁！浴巾都黃成那樣了還給人用，設施差點還能接受，那服務和衞生比設施還差，閃住用户還收按金，連瓶水都沒有是怕把房間揹走嗎？體驗感極差

酒店開的有些年頭了，前台服務很不錯的，有些房間是已經裝修升級過的，問我是怎麼知道的，因為剛開始給錯房卡了，開錯房間了，換一間是眼前一亮，窗户很大。值得説一下的是，房間升級了，設施設備衞生方面也要升級一下會更好，期待下次過去能有更好的居住體驗。

前台很耐心和我解釋了定完了為什麼沒房間給我住的原因，表示秉持房間先到先得的服務理念，公平公正透明原則，來的那麼晚沒有給我留房間非常的抱歉，貼心給我安排了馬路對面敍利亞風格的“同等價位”房間，供我選擇，最後僅加了20塊錢拍賣形式成功拿下了壓箱底的房間，非常感謝前台散裝的川普➕台州方言挽留住了我，非常難忘的一次經歷！
