Comfortable and clean room.
Laundry and gym available makes it very convenient for longer stays.
Room amenities are satisfying, and fresh fruits were left daily at mg room by the cleaning staf (thank you for the treat!)
Location is convenient, only 15 min walk (or 5 min by car) from InTime shopping mall.

The overall hotel is very good. There is a road under construction on the roadside of the hotel. The traffic is a bit inconvenient. It is suitable for business trips. There is a gym and the breakfast is quite rich. However, some local snacks are not available. There is fruit for check-in, which is very considerate. I will wait for the road to be repaired. 我們是五一假期入住該酒店。進門，面板默認是制熱，開了之後一股熱氣（所以以為空調是能制熱的）趕緊改成製冷。
遊玩一天後，家裡寶寶要睡覺了，覺得很冷，就改成制熱。
沒想到還是送冷風。 我在睡覺前 20 分鐘設定空調面板，反覆確認是制熱。然後最後温度改成了29度，最大風量，蓋上被子覺得稍好些就睡著了。第二天我和我老公都重感冒了。小朋友本來有點咳嗽，鼻涕也出來了。於是我打電話和客服反應。客服反饋説，“那你應該昨天晚上就打電話來問，他們的空調其實是中央空調，統一製冷或者制熱。 ”我説“那麼你們應該貼張紙條提示，入住體驗很差，出門花錢找罪受，酒店是否有賠償？”
沒有反饋，退房時我要求酒店客户經理加我微信。其瞭解情況後和我説，“找渠道溝通。”無奈我聯繫攜程，攜程客服表示非常理解，出遊入住酒店最後全家生病體驗感差，表示會向酒店協調安撫顧客。沒想到酒店客户經理 反而在微信上質疑我是故意知道空調製冷來找茬的，而且還大放厥詞説去過我們入住的房間（意思説空調沒問題，就是衹能製冷，但事實上前一天晚上我空調一直製冷，百思不得其解，有拍了張照片為證）。 反正很窒息。 詳見截圖。窒息的是酒店的態度，客服經理的不專業。
攜程客服也表示，溝通下來客服經理説最多給我30元補償，而且態度傲慢。
然後我和客服説，ok好的，和這種不專業的人沒什麼好糾纏計較。 我衹是覺得，酒店中央空調明明面板上功能顯示齊全，到實質上衹有製冷，應該給到顧客提醒。現在顧客身體受到實質性損害，非但沒有半分安撫，反而在質疑顧客的人品，還強詞奪理。 最後感謝攜程客服給到我的安撫。

超出期望的入住體驗，酒店不大，但很精緻。尤其是淋浴房的密封條做的很好，住了很多個酒店，這是為數不多淋雨防水做的特別好的酒店。終於不擔心，洗澡後會滑倒的風險了，下次還會選擇。
