總體還不錯，位置好，離河邊很近，可以飯後散步，價格實惠，還有免費早餐，挺好的。房間不靠路邊也安靜，就是早上聽到樓道有人較大聲的説話，還聽到像是拉動工具的聲音，被吵醒了。當時不知道是什麼情況，現在想來大概是搞衞生的阿姨在拖動裝被子的車子和與其他客房的人説話什麼的。

自駕翁源，選擇了這家，地理位置非常優越，就在龍湖廣場旁邊，吃飯購物非常方便，離東華禪寺八公里。有地下停車場，自駕方便。酒店裡裝修很有特色，細節充滿客家文化特色，環境安靜，隔音還可以。熱水真的非常好，洗澡很舒服，當晚睡得挺好。早餐還可以吧，畢竟價格在那裡。總體來説，性價比很高，下次來翁源還會選擇這裏。

倆老翁源遊，攜程下訂、客運站有公交到（可滴車）。行的1公里。驚喜。乾淨大`衞生熱水勁、無敵湖景、微波太陽下金閃丶星月映銀光爍。還有小島。隔岸希爾頓`周邊吃便。自助早豐富。工作人員`搞衞生姨大拇指贊。還會再住堪比四星恆湖。

酒店就在龍仙湖邊，風景優美，早晨或者晚上在湖邊散步，空氣清新，心曠神怡。裝修風格古色古香，大堂接待櫃枱的百家姓背景牆有特色。房間衞生整潔、舒適，除了隔音效果不太好之外，其他都令人滿意，早餐略顯簡單，客家傳統的豬肉湯沒有提供，現煮湯粉麪、青菜也沒有，如果在這方面提升一下，客人的體驗感會更高。總體來説性價比不錯。

環境，硬件很不錯，每年來幾次都住這裏，早餐也豐富，保潔服務員熱情主動，但前台培訓不夠，對客人冷漠，説話生硬，客人來了坐在電腦前，根本看不臉，一問三不知，我對方便吃早餐提些建議，就説那是其他酒店，自家不行，我在攜程是老客户，沒給過人差評，但這家兩個前台大小姐我真的要給差評，我第一次遇見這樣的前台。
