晚上八點左右到，前台一個人也沒有，聯繫電話也沒留一個（最後才知道電話貼在桌面，被入住登記本遮得嚴嚴實實。
乾等了大概10分鐘，才來了一個保安，保安一屁股坐在前台凳子上，慢吞吞地問我要了身份證和預訂訊息，然後一直叫我“付款付款”。我跟他解釋“網上預訂的，已經付過款”。他還是堅持了一分鐘才開始找房卡……但哪知道，他最後竟然説“我不清楚哪個卡可以用”！然後自己頭也不回走了出去！天哪，那他之前浪費時間幹啥呢？
又自己等了幾分鐘，才見一個服務員從外面跑回來辦理入住手續，原來人是去對面的餐廳幫忙了……
入住環境比較安靜，但房間隔音不好，外面穿拖鞋走路的聲音也可以聽到。衞生間沒有刷牙用品，冷熱水忽冷忽熱！

1、床墊質量太差了，坐在床邊，床墊就能輕鬆松的移位
2、最生氣的是，洗澡的時候，水流特別特別小，要麼是要開很久才能流出來熱水，然後不管你怎麼調節，即使調到涼水，流出來依然是特別燙的熱水。根本沒法用。
3、馬桶漏水，沖了馬桶後地上就是一灘水

湖心壩民居樓羣，這是一間由舊民房改建的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，房間外是個院子，景區晚上人少、所以很是安靜，我睡得很好。

這家民宿就在湖心壩景區附近，早上走100米就可以到景區的湖邊拍照，拍下圍屋全景，而且沒有遊客遮擋。湖心壩人家是個餐館，但早餐衹接受預訂，炒粉和粥都是38元一大盆。大宅子裏，紅燈籠舊天井，很有年代氛圍感。
民宿的裝修感覺很新，室內很乾凈，床墊被褥舒適，洗漱用品毛巾浴巾都很有品質，與外面三星級酒店有的一拼。但床上的被子是不是質量太好，太過鬆軟了，夏天蓋上在空調底下熱得出汗，建議自帶毛巾被。想來冬天應該很合適。

在景區裏面，一個很小的景區，不過住宿很舒服，床很軟，空調也很暖和，值得這個價格，前台如果服務態度更好一點就更好了。衞生不錯可以接受。
