客棧位於湖心壩景區內，設施一般，環境比較清靜，與當地客家圍屋代表的長安圍相鄰，早上在院子裏泡一壺茶細品很舒服。

晚上八點左右到，前台一個人也沒有，聯繫電話也沒留一個（最後才知道電話貼在桌面，被入住登記本遮得嚴嚴實實。
乾等了大概10分鐘，才來了一個保安，保安一屁股坐在前台凳子上，慢吞吞地問我要了身份證和預訂訊息，然後一直叫我“付款付款”。我跟他解釋“網上預訂的，已經付過款”。他還是堅持了一分鐘才開始找房卡……但哪知道，他最後竟然説“我不清楚哪個卡可以用”！然後自己頭也不回走了出去！天哪，那他之前浪費時間幹啥呢？
又自己等了幾分鐘，才見一個服務員從外面跑回來辦理入住手續，原來人是去對面的餐廳幫忙了……
入住環境比較安靜，但房間隔音不好，外面穿拖鞋走路的聲音也可以聽到。衞生間沒有刷牙用品，冷熱水忽冷忽熱！

無線網絡太差 太差 太差 熱水不穩定 要麼很熱 要麼沒有熱水 環境還是很好 很幽靜 晚上有個值班的保安 不知腦子是不是短路 自從我入住開始就不停的問我有沒有登記 直到我退房要離開了 他還在問 好恐怖

1、床墊質量太差了，坐在床邊，床墊就能輕鬆松的移位
2、最生氣的是，洗澡的時候，水流特別特別小，要麼是要開很久才能流出來熱水，然後不管你怎麼調節，即使調到涼水，流出來依然是特別燙的熱水。根本沒法用。
3、馬桶漏水，沖了馬桶後地上就是一灘水

位於湖心埧客家群景區，漂亮寧靜的古村落，晚上旅客不多，感覺很放鬆，早上能去油菜花田，再去長安圍拍拍照，棒！

湖心壩民居樓羣，這是一間由舊民房改建的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，房間外是個院子，景區晚上人少、所以很是安靜，我睡得很好。
