Was strongly questioned about the service dog for my handicap friend by front desk staff. Keys wouldn’t open the room door front desk staff was very negative about why it didn’t open the door when it let us in the side door.

The location is convenient, next to Bonneville salt lake, you can rest for a night without having to return to salt lake city immediately. The price is reasonable, the room is big, but the internet is slow. Great value for money.

I would like to give special praise to Ctrip’s customer service, who helped me cancel my original hotel reservation after the cancellation period and changed my reservation to this one. Health and facilities are good. I ordered the breakfast after reading reviews that said it was rich, but the breakfast was not that rich. I don’t know what I got from the rich breakfast.

This property would have gotten five stars for me, except for the subpar refrigerator. When I travel across country, I need a mini fridge that will refreeze my ice packs; this refrigerator did not fill that need.

The hotel is very clean . My only complaint is the Parking is very limited and cramped. If you drive a Pick-up you must be very careful when you park.

Nice hotel. Everything in good shape. Room was very nice. Breakfast was pretty standard, no complaints except for lack of seating. Good option on I-80.
