服務：老闆娘的服務態度還是挺好的。
衞生：房間裏面的衞生做的還是很好，不錯。
環境：樓層的環境和房間裏面的環境都挺好。
設施：這棟樓的設施設備簡直不敢恭維，一棟樓五六個酒店，衹有一個電梯，超級超級堵堵堵，如果開車去，要提前和老闆聯繫，下面後面根本沒有車位。

至今為止訂過的最差的酒店，連基本的乾淨衞生都做不到，廁所是智能馬桶，難道這就不需要打掃消毒嗎？上一個住客的尿漬清晰可見，一股子尿騷臭，床單上很多不明灰漬，我都懷疑到底有沒有換過床單！酒店在一棟寫字樓的22樓，但辦理入住在1樓，樓裏還有其他酒店和茶樓等，人員比較混雜，我們開了車停在車庫，辦理入住時登記了車牌，原以為就不用繳停車費了，結果第二天9點多退房時前台人都沒有，我們比較趕時間就把房卡放在前台離開了，結果從車庫出來收了我們13塊停車費，就挺無語的，體驗感極差，別的不説了，好歹把衞生做好吧！！噁心的我覺都沒睡好，不知道其他好評怎麼來的，無語！！！！！

這家酒店在汶川是一家非常不錯的酒店，可以看見汶川的很多地方；樓層是觀景房，還很安靜，前台服務態度熱情；最主要的是衞生乾淨，是智能馬桶，中央空調；推薦給每位來旅遊或者住宿的，性價比超高，下次還會選擇。

酒店的位置離博物館就幾分鐘的路程，裝修簡約。
酒店樓下和附近都有停車場，停車場裏有充電樁，開電車的朋友可以在這裏補能。
小姐姐推薦的汶川博物館和桃坪羌寨也是值得一去的。

開了兩間房間，一個大床一個標間，晚上七點多到的酒店，開的2205大床房房間進去後房間壓根沒打掃，和前台反應調換2201房間，並且已換房卡入住，之後保潔上來打掃2205房間期間，2201房間空調是壞的並且馬桶上有不明體毛！另外的2207房間發現馬桶蓋下全是糞便，就和酒店溝通換回2205房間，進去2205後一股很大的異味就和保潔説將就一下繼續住2201，反正就一晚上，晚上十點多和媳婦已經睡覺了房門突然被其他房客刷開了，雙方都嚇一跳，對方説是酒店前台給開的房讓他們上來，聯繫酒店説前台開錯了，衹願意退還當晚房費，我們雙方均不接受且向攜程平台投訴，直至今日也沒有問酒店退還房費，在乎的不是那些錢，衹是要個説法，並向當地12345投訴，12345反饋説市場監管局衹能對定價監管，酒店沒有向文旅局備案，衹要不是定價問題當地政府無任何部門可以監管，相當於衹要酒店不亂收費出了一切事情除非刑事案件無法監管，衹能個人起訴，前車之鑒，建議大家不要定這家酒店，出門在外一定要慎重，要不自身權益都沒有任何的保障！！！
