長達一個多月的旅程裏，每日都在不同酒店落腳，這家堪稱體驗最差！特意選的22樓江景房，入住時前台全程冷漠臉，毫無服務熱情。退房後發現落下睡衣，酒店竟毫無通知。折返取物時，前台空無一人，還被要求自己上樓，拿錯成毛巾後才找到衣物，服務混亂又敷衍，避雷！

設施：門的那個鐵鏈子鎖是壞的 鎖不了
床頭的兩邊插孔接觸不好 沒辦法充電衹能在燒水的地方充電

服務：入住前會有人打電話詢問什麼時候到，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐給了兩個特產蘋果

房間超級好，而且又在汶川中心，老闆人也好，請我們吃青翠李，會給我們説汶川哪裡好玩，哪家東西好吃，房間衞生也很好，東西齊全，其他酒店都是浴巾，這家的是浴袍，整體裝修風格是我喜歡的，智能馬桶我也很喜歡，很舒服呀，強烈推薦

一般住酒店不會評價，但是這個酒店我必須評價，供大家參考！談到衞生確實是我住過最臟的酒店了，汶川沒有亞朵，要不然我肯定首選亞朵，竟然選擇了這家酒店，也是因為官方圖片而來。進了酒店後很失望，雖然客服很熱情，但是酒店衞生肯定得第一注重才行！進房間後，所有床品都是有污漬，全部要求工作人員換了，換好的雖然沒有污漬了，但是依然很臟，潮潮的，灰黃的感覺，衞生間的毛巾不是白色的，雖然我們不會用酒店毛巾，但是看了就很難受，證明這家酒店多麼不在乎客户的感受！毛巾、浴巾已經是洗過多次而且是洗得很不乾淨的，硬硬的，發黃發黑！酒店客服的意思是當地乾洗店洗不乾淨，沒有辦法解決，但是地面總歸讓阿姨要打掃乾淨吧，到處都是臟兮兮的！對這家酒店絕對是差評！
