Gengda Riwa Cuowa Homestay (Shenshuping Branch of Wolong Giant Panda Base)

I am a Korean who visited this accommodation for 2 nights and 3 days from July 30 to August 1. I booked a place near the Wolongsunsun Ping Pong Base to go see Fu Bao. I recommend this accommodation to those who are going to the Wolongsunsun Ping Pong Base. I will list some of the advantages of the accommodation. 1. Low price You can book a room with 2 single beds and a bathroom for about 47,000 won per night 2. Clean facilities The room, bedding, bathroom, and restaurant are all clean. 3. Restaurant operation You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is also delicious. 4. Distance from the Wolongsunsun Ping Pong Base It is 1.2km and you can walk there. Of course, the slope to the base is steep, so it is really difficult, but it takes about 30 minutes to walk. 5. Pick-up service They will take you by car from the accommodation to the Wolongsunsun Ping Pong Base. 6. Lunch and snack Since you can't go outside to eat lunch at Wolongsun Swimming Base, you have to go to the store or bring a packed lunch. However, it was nice that the accommodation provided water and snacks. 7. Friendly owner couple The owner couple were really friendly, and on the day we went to Chunshilu, they personally drove us from the accommodation to the bus stop. In addition, if you ask me questions through WeChat, they will answer you well, and I felt that they are very considerate of their guests.

Riwacuowa means the desired life in *******, but the boss is Han Chinese. This B&B is located in Xingfugou, Gengda Town. The surrounding area is quite lively. It is about 1.6 kilometers away from Shenshuping. After discussing with the owner, he can pick up guests to Shenshuping to see the pandas for free when he is not busy. You can order food in the restaurant on the first floor, and the taste is pretty good; the rooms are on the second floor, and the facilities are relatively simple, but the basic supplies include: disposable bath towels, towels, toothbrushes, hair dryers, shampoo and shower gel, electric mosquito coils, TV, hair dryers, bottled water, etc. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans, so even though it is summer, it is not that hot. The boss and the boss lady are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. There are some shortcomings: the shower is an electric water heater, so the water is a little unstable; there are not enough tables and stools for people to put things; the landlady reminded us to draw the curtains at night because there are flying ants in the area, but there was a big hole in the screen, so we could only close the windows, which seemed a bit stuffy; the tap water was a bit muddy sometimes, like milk water; there was no place to dry clothes; the second time I stayed in a room with a big bed and street view, which is really not suitable for living because it is close to the road and there are trucks driving all the time, which don't stop at night and are too noisy.

Parking is very convenient, there is a parking lot in the backyard. The proprietress was super enthusiastic. She gave me a bag of snacks when I checked in, upgraded my room for free, and helped with my luggage. The room was very clean, and the hardware felt great in a small town. After all, the price is here. Because I arrived late at night, I wanted to have soup pot at the hotel. The restaurant was already closed, so I had barbecue opposite the door. It tasted pretty good. . Breakfast is also available. The basic breakfast categories are covered, such as eggs, steamed buns, porridge, side dishes, fruits, etc. The online guide said that there are easy traffic jams on the mountain. My driving skills are limited, so I had to ask the boss to drive us to the Shenshuping base after breakfast and pick us back up in the afternoon. Sorry to bother the boss! Knowing that we would be staying in the park for a whole day, water and bread were provided, which was really great. We will definitely come back next time!

The house was clean and tidy, and the bath water was particularly good. I stayed here for one more night! The landlady was very hospitable and gave me a lot of small gifts!
