Tipsy Panda Mountain spring Villa Reviews

I was a solo traveller who stayed in the villa in early December 2023, an off-peak season. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. The Villa owners, Mr Deng and Mr Miao were friendly and very helpful. They offered a free to & fro ride to Mount Siguniang on one of their business trips during my stay. Even the staff were friendly and helpful too. The Villa is a great location for anyone who wants to stay opposite 卧龙大熊猫苑神树坪基地. It would be more convenient to drive there though.

Free travel to see Pubao...... First of all, the base is very far, so I recommend staying at Chunshilu, but the accessibility is the best here. The female boss is kind and it was really cool and nice. I will see you again next time. Boss Laoban thank you. The ticket was 85 yuan, so I was able to open the run. It is a bit expensive. The dates for breakfast are really delicious.

The hotel is very close to the panda base, right at the entrance of the base. The hotel is the style of the self-built houses of the local people. You still have to climb stairs, but there is no elevator. The decoration is a little better than the farmhouse. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and a bunk bed. This is one of the best hotels in Gengda town. The price of more than 700 yuan is indeed a bit high, but it is in the peak tourist season, so there is nothing we can do. Overall, it is not bad. The hotel has an artificial hot spring with a hot spring pool. I don't want to come to Gengda for the second time. In the evening, the streets are crowded with elderly people who are escaping the heat. The farmhouse they live in here costs 100 yuan a day, including food and accommodation. Almost all of them are retired elderly people from Chengdu who come here to escape the heat. They dance square dances everywhere at night, and the streets and roads are full of people. The water in the ditches here is polluted. It is a very small town with too many people living there, which is seriously overloaded. This place is not suitable for people who like quietness.

It is very close to the Panda Garden, and it is very convenient to see Fubao. The hotel is warm and stylishly decorated inside and outside, with good service. There are several hot spring pools with suitable temperatures and comfort. The downside is that the breakfast is too simple, the room is small, there is no wardrobe, and the luggage can only be placed on the bench, without a chair. Compared with the room price of more than 400, it seems much more expensive.

We booked a parent-child room, with two beds, one large and one small, which can be placed together or not enough to sleep. The room is a bit small, I should have booked two rooms earlier. The small stir-fry in the kitchen tastes good. There is a handsome guy who helps carry two large boxes to the fourth floor. I am touched and I like him. Hahaha. But Fubao is a recent existence, and new buildings have been built crazily before and after.

The B&B is full of panda elements and is beautifully decorated, especially the hot spring pool and the small garden. The blooming flowers are very nice. The food in the B&B is also good. It is very close to the panda base, just opposite. The overall experience is very good.

The service of the lady in the hotel was really good. She helped me carry my luggage into the room and took me to buy tickets in the morning. For me, who was unfamiliar with the place, it was very warm. When I got up in the morning, I had a delicious breakfast. The young lady would always wait for me in the restaurant or at the front desk or outside to take me to where I wanted to go. I was really embarrassed, but the young lady was really kind and polite. When I came to Shenshuping, every day was physical work. In fact, there were One place that impressed me was that I didn’t really need to tidy up the room. There were two bottles of water and towels in the room. Of course, hotels generally won’t replenish or provide new ones if they haven’t been tidied up, but the lady here will help. I collected the garbage, replenished towels and refilled two bottles of water, but nothing else was touched. It saved me money to buy water. It was really considerate. So if I come to visit Fubao again in the future, I will still choose this hotel. In fact, this hotel is still good. There is a hot spring! It’s just that I’m too tired every day when I come back and don’t have a chance to use it, so I remember to bring my swimsuit. Don't worry about how hot it will be in the summer without air conditioning, because you really don't need it. The temperature difference between morning and evening is huge here, and the climate is very good. Perfect for escaping the heat!

Suitable for bringing children. There is a hot spring bath at night, a hammock, a bathtub, and floor heating in the room, and a simple breakfast in the morning. It is a pretty good homestay in Gengda Town, with various hiking trails and alpine meadows nearby. You can take a bath after hiking and wake up naturally the next day. It is the first choice for a relaxing two-day trip.

This hotel is good. You can walk to see the pandas. The room conditions are probably better around the base.

I drove here with my kids from 213. There are many homogeneous B&Bs on the road. Zuiyu Shanfang is a unique holiday B&B. Whether it is motorcycle friends, mountain friends, children, or Internet celebrities, literary youths, and fairies, they can find a suitable corner or check-in place in the courtyard. From the decoration, price, and the steel structure building that is being expanded, it can be seen that the operator of Zuiyu Shanfang must be a group of people who are not limited to ordinary B&Bs. Advantages: 1) Easy to check in on various surfaces. 2) Close to the panda base in the deepest part of the village, whether it is to see pandas or hike, it is a very good starting point. 3) There are many waiters, and it is easy to find people and get help almost all day long. The reception is enthusiastic. 4) Hot springs are the biggest feature of this B&B, and the temperature setting has a gradient. 5) The lighting decoration on the first floor and the yard is a guarantee for Internet celebrities to check in or commercial films. 6) There are charging piles and car washing water pipes. 7) Floor heating or electric blankets are suitable for staying in the cold season. Disadvantages and suggestions: 1) Public management is not in place. There is no smoking ban. If it is the main choice for taking children out, at least it is necessary to persuade people not to smoke indoors, especially in public book bars and restaurants. 2) It is recommended to use electronic stoves in restaurants. The firepower and safety of hot pot gas cylinders are not easy to guarantee. 3) The fruit peels in the public book bar are not cleaned in time, and a large number of books are damaged. 4) The billiards, table tennis, badminton, and archery in the game room are all damaged and cannot be used. It is recommended to increase the maintenance of the amusement area. Regarding electronic games and entertainment facilities, it is recommended to increase the one-time room rate or provide experience game coins and game coupons, rather than disguised secondary charges, so that the experience of travelers will be better. 5) Although I live on the second floor, I see that the tenants in the rooms on the first floor are seriously affected by the noise in the public area. It must be a painful thing for travelers with a lot of luggage to go to the third or fourth floor. The second floor is preferred. 6) The shower leaks, and the dripping sound lasts throughout the night. 7) The flush toilet is broken and not repaired, the bathroom smells very strong, and the toilet has weak suction. From the perspective of decoration ideas, price positioning and expansion planning, Zuiyu Shanfang should be the TOP of Gengda B&B... Looking forward to getting better... Maybe we can meet again...
