我們是老顧客了，從去年到今年應該去了5，6次了，這次5.1節才去了，當時客棧訂完了，沒有住成，衹是吃了飯，當時那個中年女服務員（比較胖那位）態度就很差，這次小孩過小童節要住那裡，我們就選擇了住宿和用餐。因為環境很好，所以還是選擇了這裏，先説住宿吧！進去房間很小，住的房間下水道堵了，衞生間弄得全是水，床很小而且坐上去有很大的聲音，睡起不怎麼舒服。6.1日中午在那裡用餐，當天天氣熱，後面就更換了一張桌子，那裡的服務員語氣很差，當面的説我們，請問你關係很硬嗎?就你那個服務態度還有人再來嗎？不好意思，我是出門消費的，不是來受氣的，不得再來了，汶川那麼多酒店，不是衹有你們一家。我們三個人都是氣都離開了，本來要吃晚飯的，哎！出去玩了那麼多地方，第一次遇到這麼沒有素質的員工，我要是老闆，這樣的員工早就開除了，老闆，你好好考慮吧！這樣的員工還會讓你得罪好多老買主。

這是我真心很不好的一次體驗，晚上到房間熱水一直放不出來，我們開了兩個房間，要出去一下，前台説衹有一張停車票的機會。兩個房間衹有一張停車票！第二天一早對面修路的轟鳴聲響徹雲霄！吵死了！最後要走了開發票，發票機壞了！我真的無語對這家店，永遠都不會在住這家店，辣雞

酒店設施比較老舊，有點黴味，小孩進房就説房間很臭。孩子生日拿了蛋糕，想讓酒店幫忙放冰箱存放一下，工作人員並沒有看下冰箱或者説，幫忙騰個地，直接説放不下。導致晚上蛋糕全化了。體驗感不佳。

房間很乾凈，裏面的物品的都是一次性的，晚上睡覺空調和電熱毯也給力一點都不冷，酒店外面還有很大的院子，裝修很好看，在院子裏曬太陽圍爐煮茶都很安逸，而且價格也很便宜，值得多次選擇的地方（老闆家養的小貓也很可愛😆😆）

衞生：客棧衞生條件很不錯，傳單被罩毛巾都很乾凈，洗漱台也沒得水漬，很不錯。
環境：環境沒説的，空氣好，就在河邊，景色也不錯，院子裏曬個太陽，簡直不要太愜意。
服務：老闆服務挺周到的。
設施：設施感覺都很新，維護得比較好
整體比較推薦。

路過汶川臨時定的酒店，沒想到入住體驗很不錯，酒店很有民族特色，位置好像在城中心，出門逛玩吃都很方便，停車也方便，前面有個小院，曬曬太陽喝喝茶挺舒服的

房間和圖片一致，各種設施佈置精美，衞生非常乾淨，入住放心，民宿在步行街裏面，環境非常安逸及其安靜，周邊交通出行方便。很有特色的民宿，這家民宿還有中餐，吃了他家特色羊蠍子火鍋味道也很好。非常熱情的老闆有問必答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗 推薦！
