The owner of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, courteous, will shuttle to Shenshuping to see the pandas, but the facilities in the room have a big problem, the toilet has no door, no curtains to cover, two friends are embarrassed to stay.

The room was OK, the only drawback was that there was no air conditioning. It was hot and stuffy in the room when it was sunny, and it was unbearable to stay in. It was only OK at night. Compared with such a high price, it really doesn't match. Moreover, the breakfast was very simple, not as good as the usual 20 yuan breakfast configuration. In short, the room price does not match the facilities and services provided.

The overall hygiene is good, but there is a noticeable odor when entering the room, and the toilet seat has obvious stains. 2. The room has a large projection screen, which is good for keeping the children watching TV. 3. The bathroom and shower room are small, and the room is not equipped with hand soap and bath kit (I searched for a long time but couldn't find it) 4. The bed is good to sleep on, with moderate hardness and softness. 5. The sound insulation of the room is average, and the sound of water in other rooms is very clear.

The hotel is very clean. Disposable items. The scenery is beautiful in the morning. Although there is no air conditioning, it is quite warm to sleep with an electric blanket. It is a great hotel and I will definitely choose this happy hotel next time I go to Shenshuping.
