非常非常的滿意，一早就和朋友去爬山啦，還給免費續房到下午兩點了。完美的一次旅行。值得推薦入住，節假日還有豐富的活動

房間還好，住一晚滑雪，性價比一般，周圍沒有啥可逛的，馬路邊上。衹能酒店吃飯，但吃飯還不錯，自己點餐，火鍋可以。

從滑雪的角度講，這家酒店的位置還是不錯的。床上用品和浴巾比較乾淨。但是沒想到居然遇到卧室天花板掉石灰塗料的荒唐事件，在攜程的介入下，酒店也給予了賠禮道歉。但總體説來服務還是非常生硬的。

23年新酒店房間設施都比較新，硬件沒啥問題，服務跟不上。滑完雪下山房間沒瓶裝水，問前台回覆居然是全酒店都沒瓶裝水、兩三天都沒送物資上來了。不要拿山區説事，在川西住過大把更偏遠海拔更高的酒店民宿，都從沒遇到過沒水喝的事。附一張酒店的極簡早餐，雪季800-1000的房間，希望運營方大力提高運營服務水平，才能對得起廣大雪友的熱情。

很差，套餐寫的有地暖，到了説現在天熱不開了，那邊很冷尤其是晚上，空調也沒有的。包早餐的也沒有早餐，7:40的早餐，我們7:50下去人都沒有一個，餐廳廚房前台人都沒有一個，打值班電話兩個都沒有人接，害我們餓着肚子爬山。床上有頭髮忍了，沒有拍。屋裡有蟲，忍了，沒有拍照。這個沒有早餐真的把我氣到了。

房間還可以，離阿爾溝徒步很近，就是吃飯有點貴，可能是附近沒有東西賣的原因，環境還可以有小溪流水，還有個草地可以露營
