怎麼説呢，那個女老闆娘人還蠻好的，那天下雨還沒下車，她就拿雨傘給我們，很感動，男老闆就稍微差點意思，訂的酒店雖然不貴，為什麼電梯還要有貴*之分？老闆娘就蠻好，直接説坐電梯上去，哥們，我跟女朋友一起，不要面子的嗎？總體來説，老婆娘是亮點

7月14日我們旅經温州市文成縣，入住文成山海酒店，入住後方知該酒店可以用三個字概括：臟、亂、差。房間裏的衞生間非常窄，人坐馬桶上，衞生間門關不了。沒有工作人員服務，早餐又差又臟，破歷史記錄，是我們入住酒店史上最討厭惡心的酒店。以後若有客人旅經温州市文成縣入住的，請以此酒店為鑒，以免掉坑中招。給予超級差評。

離景區是很近，12月份山裡超冷，夜裡起大霧比較危險，路難行！空調不給力！房間一般！打了半天被窩都冰涼冰涼的！小姐姐服務可以，出門還送了雨披！

老闆態度不好 就是看了有接送服務才訂的民宿 結果到了 老闆開始説不送 後來答應送了 早餐真的一言難盡 等我們下去吃已經啥都沒了 結果吃了泡麪 沒吃完沒帶走 老闆也不叫我們帶走 百丈祭回來洗個澡收費50元

酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，通風，前台小姐姐很熱情，服務超棒👍🏻有什麼不懂的問她都能解答，還提前幫我們聯繫了順風車，很貼心。第二天也自己開車幫我們送到了景區，他們有時候在忙不在前台要自己打電話給他們。房間住着很安心，床很舒服，有電梯很方便。早餐很nice，推薦推薦！！

房間明亮寬敞，老闆人很好，有問必答，，有求必應，景區那邊還把我們接回酒店。店裡還配了電梯，方便長者小孩了，點個贊。鎮上其他民宿5樓都要爬上爬下，我之前住景區旁邊的有點坑，早餐也比那邊豐盛多了，差不多的價格，我還是推薦這家
