床品衞生很差，蚊子屍體，頭髮，還有臟污一樣不少！房間隔音效果無敵差勁，而且關門聲音動靜非常大，四樓關門一樓都能聽到的那種。服務態度也不怎麼樣，因為到的時候已經凌晨一點左右了，下了點小雨，打電話問前台車停哪裡，從室內的另外一頭走到靠近酒店門口之後就不動了，連門都不開，隔着玻璃門在那裡比劃也不出聲，也不出來迎接或者引導一下，就讓我們去室內先辦理入住！且沒有告知早餐需要登記之類的，我們在門口恰巧遇到阿姨在送早餐，還交涉了很久才説先給我們用餐，不然還要去找前台登記才有早餐吃！馬桶的亮度能照亮整個房間，因為住的靠一邊盡頭，窗户外面三四台空調外機，挺吵的，再加上打電話確認的時候還有一批入住的是凌晨四點左右會到，把我們安排在她們樓下一層，睡到四點左右被樓上各種拖行李箱輪子收拾的聲音吵醒

晚上一點多到的民宿，房間是新裝修的，都是智能設計很不錯！訂的時候還想着就一條評論，會不會不好，但是看見店家掛的圖片還是喜歡的！想着如果不好的話也認了，結果！！驚喜哇！！！！房間很喜歡！住的時候太晚了忘記拍照，走的時候特意拍了下想着給店家好評

這幾天在文城住的最舒服的一個酒店 房間又大又乾淨 而且全部都是智能的 連馬桶淋浴都是智能的 看來很用心在做服務 小插曲 因為我一大早出去有事 所以就急忙退房 忘記耳機落在房間裏 電話溝通之後就幫忙順豐寄到長沙了 服務很棒

反應問題也沒有得到任何回覆，都非常差勁，智能馬桶的按鍵音量隔壁都能聽到，正常音量説話隔壁也能聽的一清二楚
