民宿周圍環境不錯，房間乾淨衞生，設施也新。配冷暖格力空調，制熱也快，春天濕冷幸好空調給力。小區停車場就在他家門口，離百丈漈北門停車場開車5分鐘。老闆娘為人熱情、淳樸、好客。是個出門旅遊居住的好地方。

摩旅路上住過的難得高分的一家民宿。
路過文成縣，在攜程上搜尋住宿，看到評分都是五分的高分，訂房我有一個習慣，先看裝修年份，再看評分，有差評的，差評內容如果是跟衞生相關的直接一票否決，如果都是高分，到現場看看再説。到了現場後，房間乾淨衞生亮堂，有曬衣大陽台。很滿意。因為不是週末，客人不多，店主還給我免費升級了房間。
因為長途摩旅，車子比較臟了，店主為我接好了水管讓我沖洗。當天晚上要去鎮頭上吃晚飯時，店主説路那麼近讓我不要騎摩託過去了，他把他的電瓶車給我騎。到了鎮上下暴雨，一陣接一陣，店主打電話給我説把電瓶車放在鎮上就行，他開車來接我。
如果去文成縣，推薦大家住這家。

免費停車場，提供廚房廚具調料，廚房又大又乾淨，房間無異味，老闆兩口子人特別好，熱情好客，出來旅遊一個多月了，這次住的最好，我也是看評價來住的，一點沒失望，強烈推薦這家民宿，離百丈漈近，附近還有菜市場
