設施：設施齊全，鍋具也很多，可以自己購買海鮮回來加工，空調效果非常好，除濕降温很強，雖然户外極熱極潮，但是空調開了15分鐘左右，室內就很舒適了
衞生：乾淨，沒有任何不好的地方
環境：標準的海景公寓風景好
服務：晚間到達，正常服務帶領。

入住文昌的民宿很滿意，我們同學團隊活動，大家反映都特別好，首先老闆的回覆信息速度相當快，第二房間不值得很好，院子夠大床鋪也夠寬空調效果也很好，特別是去海邊就2分鐘，我們同學坐在院子裏聊天，喝茶氣氛特別好，老闆也是有問必答，有求必應，入住簡單，退房更簡單，整治十分滿意，還有我真的不是託，有照片為證！

體驗特別糟糕，房間黴味特別重，被子黴味尤其嚴重，把我的旅行用床單染上濃濃的黴味，就鋪了一晚就染上，害的我後面去三亞玩不能再鋪，好在三亞的民宿很乾凈。
被罩也是破爛的，見照片，廚房的油味也很重。
以後不會再住。

衞生環境都很好，海南空氣也好，給管家小姐姐點個贊服務非常熱情，對周邊瞭如指掌。推薦的椰子雞也很不錯。下次來還住他們家，跟回家一樣非常自在。

不滿意。
為了空調和熱水器，打了5次電話，房間陳舊，洗衣機熱水器破敗不堪，工作人員服務意識淡泊，入住的時候我拿着三件行李，小夥都不幫我拿一下，你説請這麼個服務員有什麼用？衞生間地上是濕的，不是濕一點，是全濕! 告訴我可以自己吹乾，難道要客人自己處理。房間設計也有問題，海風和煙道共鳴，發出轟鳴聲。

去文昌最佳的住處之一，近清瀾灣海邊，旁邊海鮮市場品種豐富，住處有自家廚房配套，去石頭公園銅豉嶺，K2公交更是方使，很值得一住，點贊👍👍👍
