Hilton Wenchang is a fantastic hotel to escape from the hustle city.
The amenities and facilities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak English.
The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub and a big balcony with stunning views.
Regarding the exterior, there were multiple pools but some of them were under maintenance. The beach area was incredible, clear water and white sand.
Hilton Wenchang is definitely a nice place to stay and relax. Highly recommend!

The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

Hilton Wenchang is located on a beautiful property, having a great staff kindly extending most excellent hospitality to our family all the way from the swift check-in, breakfast, happy hour in the lobby lounge, kids club with great activities as well as the refreshing outdoor pool.
I also need to mention that our daughter was super excited to see the space rocket launch from the tropical beach just a short walk from the hotel. A memory for a lifetime!

Lots of small insects and mosquitoes in indoor swimming pool. Need $30 dollars to rent a swimming ring is NOT reasonable.

An ok hotel, a little dated and overpriced for what we got. Location is ok. Booked a suite and was a little disappointed given the price of the room. Parking was almost impossible and staff were less than helpful in this regard. There are better options locally.

- None of the outside pools were open
- Sauna/steamroom also not open
- You have to book the shuttle bus a day in advance and only have four or five set times
Despite that, the environment was great for a short get away. Very green and a short walk down to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin that helped with our bags when we checked in and out.
