賓館的地理位置十分優越，離孔廟很近，吃飯也很方便。樓下是文昌公園，太鬧了。晚上10:00後不放音樂了，但還是有人在大聲説話。

房間配套設施齊全，周圍環境不錯，旁邊就是孔廟，離老街也不遠，各種當地美食值得去品嚐。服務也很好，性價比也合適。

酒店位置在城市中心，靠近公園，離公交站點不遠，出行方便。距離孔廟和文南老街等景點都不遠。一樓咖啡廳方便喝茶吃飯，但飯菜味道一般。房間不是很大，設施齊全但老舊，洗手盆已有裂痕。

前台安排的房間在中間位置非常好，靠近電梯，上下方便，房間裏面硬件不錯使用是三菱電機空調，電視是飛利浦的，床單被罩枕套質量很好純棉的，靠近文昌市裡好玩的景點。樓下有咖啡廳打開水很方便，房間裏面提供的牙刷牙膏質量不錯水杯也是消毒過的，價錢不高，總體滿意。

1，在文昌公園旁邊，衞生看個人：我這個房間是床邊上和牆角有頭髮，屋裡還有個煙盒，其他就沒啥明顯問題了，2，酒店有自己的發電機，這兩天剛好有颱風停電了（截止9月9日整個文昌電和網基本處於癱瘓），店裡自己用發電機發的電，可惜當天晚上線路就燒了，3，我訂的是3個晚上，第一個晚上正常，第二個晚上出了意外電路燒了所以沒電，第三天中午12點老闆讓退房了（相當於是訂了三天的房，住了兩天，退了75塊，還剩100按金前台的小姐姐説是要等當地來電了才能退）
